Works great
It integrates seamlessly with my 36v AWS makita circ saw, keeping my work area mostly clean and, more importantly, keeping me from inhaling really fine dust from the composite material I work with without needing a dust mask. The hose is also of really nice quality. It feels durable yet remains VERY flexible and easy to keep out of the way.The compartment for tools or extra batteries fits two 5ah or 6ah batteries nice and snugly so they’re on hand when I need to swap them out on my circ saw or dust extractor, though it doesn’t seem to use very much power at all.As for price, it’s a couple hundred dollars higher than the cost of typical big name brand dust extractors, but I’m fine with that as this is cordless and AWS capable.I can’t comment on the suction power as I’ve only ever used shop vacs for dust extraction in the past. This does have adequate power for my purposes though.I’ve only used it for two days now so I may update this review in the future after more use.

Well made machine
I like this vacuum. The vacuum is very quiet and has comparable suction to other battery operated vacuums. It would have been nice to have included attachments. Works well with a miter saw as a dust collector,

Not a fan
I have so many Makita cordless tool I’ve lost count. Love almost all of them. Except this one. Totally overpriced for what you get. Very weak suction power. Annoying on/off switch. It’s huge, and constantly turning on if something just touches it. Only good thing is this vac has a super long hose. But I would not purchase this again. Rather use an electric shop vac with 3 times the power for less money.

not as good as I hoped
It's just ok. The rubber adaptor fits most tools even other brands, but there isn't as much suction as you would thing a piece of equipment that costs this much. Also, the battery life is not good to poor.

The Bluetooth stuff limits you. Don’t like it.
I have at least a dozen fairly new Mikita tools and none of them are Bluetooth compatible. It’s a pain in the butt. Everything has to be registered, blah blah blah. It’s no big deal, you just have to manually switch the vacuum on and off.
