What is the actual size of the cubes????? See different answers here and none make sense!!!!

The actual cube size is 4 1/2” long. 2” wide & 2 1/2“ deep. There is a measuring line inside for 1/2 cup and 1 cup. I took pictures but I’m not seeing a way to upload. I can fit 8 cubes flat in a gallon ziplock bag. The size of the tray is approximately 11 1/2“ x 6 3/4”.

If I'm freezing a gallon of broth, can I filll six trays and stack them while they freeze? Or would they tend to collapse under that much weight?

Souper Cubes are very sturdy. You absolutely can stack them as they freeze.

Is the lid bpa free as well?

Yes, the lid component is BPA free according to the manufacturer. They sell the lids alone and they are listed as BPA free. Hope this helps. I love mine.

I've had similar products that after a while, start to smell like the food you're freezing in them. Do these do that?

I use them all the time and have never had food stain or cause an order in these trays, whereas I have for other silicone/plastic products. These are good quality.
