It was ok in the forst few days... them the insects become tolerant to this device. So they stay. This is a good concept but they should develop it for a longer effect to insects...Buy at your own risk...

It seems to be working as I have not seen any indication of rodents in the garage. As I stated in the previous survey, the instruction sheet is inadequate in that is says nothing about the red light, what happens when the red light comes on, how to know when it is changing frequencies, which frequency is operating, the customer service contact is an email in China, which is all copasetic as along as it works.

Update**** did not work for me with rodents! Other insects was quite apparent it worked. I had one in each room. Of a 4 bedroom home. Concentrating only on kitchen and attached family room since that's where I saw the issue but hadTo use sticky traps instead amd those helped.

it does not work on bugs or spiders its operated.

Have had for more than a year and still seems to be working = no mouse poop in that room anymore :) I should have bought more, I keep meaning to.

It worked for the first week. I saw no more fleas. Next thing you know fleas start appearing from nowhere as if the item was never there. Ive followed all the instructions. However I saw it does work for the spiders also I like the night light feature.

We live in a place where it's always humid and the bugs are relentless. We have definitely noticed a decrease in the amount of critters in our house since we installed this device. It works!

It sure helped with my mice and spiders.
