Bpi Blox 30 serv. Grape

The funny thing about supplements, about the only way to know if it is working is to stop taking it after you have taken it for a while. I had never taken an amino acid before so I didn't know what to expect. To my surprise, I discovered it does aid in recovery (less sore, less time to heal). The label says to take multiple serviings per day but I only take one which means I only have to buy one can a month.

I rated this product at 1 star because thats the lowest you can rate it at. I ordered this and opened it with out really inspecting it and i should have, it had a different cap from the real one which i also have the label is discolored and missing information compared to the real one also this looks completely different i believe it is a mixture of sugar and other things not saying it doesn't have animos in it but I do believe this product is fake so to save other people time and money DO NOT order this from them.

I do crossfit 3-6 times per week. This stuff is a pretty good pre workout energy boost at 6am for the daily workout grind. Gives enough energy without caffeine to power through early a.m. Workouts. I would definitely buy it again at under 1$ per serving.

I bought the trail size first. Loved it so bought the real thing. I love that the grape is not over powering. Just enough. I will be purchasing this product again. And as always, Amazon has a speedy delivery!!

As I said, this product has EXCELLENT taste and no negative effects. However, it's not really needed, I believe. You get the amino acids that you truly need in your protein and in your food.

I don't hit the gym without having a bottle with me. I have tried the grape, orange and watermelon, all pretty tasty. I found that when I don't have a bottle of BLOX, I feel muscle soreness about a day longer. I know there are newer products out there, but I still have about a month's supply left.

This product tasted really good. I recommend this to athletes or people who work out. Does help with muscle recovery.
