3rd for my bnb's! I love them! Easy install. Keep the directions for changing the code. They work great! Batteries last like forever in them. Guests love them. Easy to clean. They auto lock (after about a minute) when you go in & exit, which I assume guests like. I like that, because when they check out...I know the bnb's are locked up. When you exit, you can push the Revolo button to lock from outside. There is the key as a back up...but we've never needed them. I think these are simple and easy and look great! I'd never go with another type or brand. Great price! I'll buy lots more of these! Simple because there's no app. to have to sync.

Have loved it so far. Good product nad seems well made.We did have to do a little tinkering because the turn radius was not wide enough to release the latch. Luckily my husband was handy with the dremel tool. So read the measurements closely.

We replaced 3 of our entry door locks with these handle/deadbolt combos.The install process was a bit difficult, but it was also my first time actually installing new handles like this (I had to drill holes for the dead bolts and chisel out the jams for the strike plates) so if you've done it before, it probably won't be that hard. Once I got to the 3rd one, it was pretty straight forward.The materials appear to be good quality. The fit and finish are good with no obvious defects. Once installed, they look great.Programming is pretty straight forward. The instructions that it comes with are pretty good and programming a new combination isn't too difficult. There are many options for different code combinations, lengths, and even the number of times a code will work for.*REVERSING THE DEAD BOLT DIRECTIONThis took me a while to figure out, and there really isn't any direction on this in the instruction manual. It sort of directs through the process after installation, but doesn't specifically tell you what it is that you're actually doing, just that it is "necessary for proper function of the lock".So, once all the hardware is installed, turn the lock lever to the unlocked position (straight up and down). Next place your batteries in the deadbolt. After it beeps, take the small reset tool and press and hold the reset button. While holding the reset button down, remove one of the batteries. Continue holding the reset button down and replace the battery that you removed. Once it beeps, release the reset button. The lock will cycle a few times to figure out which direction it needs to close. Once it locks and beeps again, the direction will be set and you're in business. IF you run into an issue where the lock cycles back and forth but doesn't change direction, it's probably a hardware issue. In my situation, I had set the bolt mechanism to the longer (extended) position due to the spacing of my locks. If you extend the bolt mechanism while the bolt is in the locked position, it jams something inside the housing and won't allow the bolt to move all the way to the unlocked position. This in turn will lead the electronic controller to malfunction and it won't close properly, nor will it change the direction that it closes. So in conclusion, if you have this issue, take it back apart and focus on the bolt mechanism. Once you have it fixed, repeat the process above to set the locking direction.Hopefully this all makes some sense and helps someone out. Overall I would buy these again.

Purchased this Product May 2023 and in July 2024 the mechanism quit automatically locking and unlocking the door. I contacted Manufacture and was told it was out of the 1 year warranty and because I bought it from a third party seller so they would not replace the door handle. What ever happen to going above and beyond for your customers? Very disappointing and will never purchase another product for this manufacturer.

Easy to installed. What took long was the holes diameter of my doors that had to be adjusted. Once that was done, everything else went smoothly. Only took 10 minutes to installed. Passcode was also easy to setup. No issue. Love the option of having multi user code.What’s also great about this is, if you ever have problems or don’t want to use passcode, you can still manually use key to open the door. Other brand that’s all digital can cause problems if it malfunction, because you’ll be locked outside. So I highly recommend this for its easy installation and beautiful design. 😁

Installation went O.K. until I got to step 6, "Detect left/right hand door installation". I followed the procedure but the lock didn't respond. Looking closer I found a revised procedure for the above on a slip of paper in the packing box. Following the revised procedure everything went as planned and the lock works as designed. Just a heads up to check for this revised procedure before attempting step 6 in the installation manual.

I had this product for 3 months before I used it, when I installed it was super easy to do it yourself due to the convenient paper included to guide where holes needed to be added to the door. The issue came after installing, I added my own key code and everything seemed fine until one day it work sometimes and others it would beep only until it stopped working. I decided to factory reset and replace the batteries it had. The keypad will blink now sometimes if I change the batteries; however, the keypad will never work below 5C. The issue is that every time the temperature gets too cold (keep in mind this isn't below freezing) It will stop working and just blink or not function at all. I had the joy of using the physical key in the mean time because it still looks great, but the physical key is absolutely horrible to fit in the lock for absolutely no reason at all. This keypad is kept behind a screen door protecting it from actual snow or wind or rain... just not the scary 5C and below weather. This is one of my two keypads, my other being bestten which works completely fine, and I hope they work on making things work to the advertised -22F and not 41F (huge difference). Or make it function more than half a year if it wasn't the cold that killed it.Tl;Dr: Physical lock hates physical original key. Will stop functioning starting with beeps and blinking to being bricked.
