These are adequate at best and pricey for the strength and amount you receive. You definitely need more than one to see a difference and take care of any strong odor. I just found the strength weak and also the price high for how many are needed and amount given and size . I would rather go with a different brand that works better and you only need one .

This product never fails me! When I know that my breath does not smell fresh for whatever reason, I would pop a couple of pills and in a few minutes, I am good to go. I would normally take it when I have a meeting at work and would be sitting close to someone. You prevent those embarassing moments. This is a must when you go on a date. I would definitely recommend this product. The only downside I could think of is that it is not available in the stores. So, I would normally hoard so I would always have 1 in all my purses.

Honestly, these are just the right strength! They work great and you can bite one of the capsules for a quick breath freshener in a pinch! I've already ordered a second one of these I like them so much!

I’ve tried other ones that you can taste and smell when you swallow/burp. These are simply too tiny to do anything. Not enough oil in them. I took 3 and nothing. I suppose I’d have to take 5+ to notice a tiny difference. Others I’ve had from different companies are bigger and more effective. Waste of money
