Panasonic PTRZ570WU PRO AV DLP Projector 3E8041

We purchased two of these projectors directly from Panasonic (not Amazon) in October of 2018. Within the first 2 weeks, one died and the other displayed an error message that could not be rectified via firmware or other methods. Both units were replaced under warranty (thank you, Panasonic), but one of the two replacements died within the first four hours of use.Maybe we were just really unlucky, but my advice is to exercise caution. The manufacture dates for all four units were in July and August of 2018.That said, they are great (image, etc.) when they are working; as one would expect from a Panasonic product.
