My child has really taken to Aptagrow. It has a smooth and light texture that makes it easy for him to digest. The added nutrients seem to be working well, as he’s been more energetic and in a better mood. It seems very complete in terms of vitamins, and it mixes easily with milk. However, the sugar content (over 30g per cup) is way too high. I wanted to use this as a breakfast boost before school because my kids don't like to eat in the morning, but I feel guilty giving it to them due to the high sugar content.
