Excellent Customer Service, Basic for Good Value
Received the first package and the contents were destroyed but the package undamaged. Contacted seller and promptly received a refund. Purchased again so seller could resend and the new shipping charge was covered by the seller. I have purchased 3 times for a special event and the product gets the job done for the price. Looks great and is heavy. Good value for the product. Nothing stellar but nothing bad.

Loose and missing rhinestones
The crown came with about 10 missing gems only 6 of them in the box. I glued back in the ones I got but it still has 4 empty gem settings that I will have to ignore or replace personally.Otherwise lovely. Great Christmas gift for the queen of my family.

Absolutely Stunning
Would for perfect for a bride, but when it came first it had three stones fallen apart. Would need to be prepared with some super glue to hold those stones though. Other than that the crown seems beautiful.
