My favorite purchase in a while. Do clean and season as recommended in instructions. It will seem like A LOT of oil to put in it. Put it all in. It will soak into the clay. All of it! In addition to that, after it cools I also rubbed the bottom with raw garlic clove and cook with oil or water. This has been known to seal bottom. You can read about this online. It's not in directions. After cooking foods, let it cool almost completely then soak with hot water and let sit. I use a brush to gently brush off anything. So very very easy to clean! I recommend using Bomba or Calaspara rice from Spain. I really wanted a paella pan but purchased this Instead since I live alone. It has been perfect and fits a lot so I can freeze some. If you use rices mentioned. Put in but do not rinse first or stir. Only shake gently a couple times while cooking. It makes a similar soccarat as in paella cooking. I put everything in; vegees, spices, chicken thighs, fish, sausage, rice. You cannot go wrong. The clay infuses the food somehow and all the spices and everything are amazing! HIGHLY recommend this.

This product is very solid but cracked just after 2 times of use.. very disappointed. For any clay pot should not give clay smell after being used but the smell carried into the food.

So far so good, this clay dish is absolutely amazing 🤩, good quality work. I can’t wait to follow the directions for first use and cook my first meal.

I really been looking for clay pot for cooking , there is many negative review but for my experience i will give Crystalia clay pot 5 stars i used already 4 times with out any problem food is amazing and i already ordered another one . the only thing i wish it was deeper . packaging is very good and professional thank you for a nice product

I ordered this clay pot for my cooking- to be used as a Wok (for frying/baking) especially as it has no cover,Alas, when it arrived it was said it cannot be used on a stove top except in the oven only.I said okay, let me use it for my grilling and baking.Last week I used it for the first time, I did not like the result.One thing I did not like most was that it left black stain on the bottom of the clay pot.I soaked it overnight with water but it was not easy to cleanThe seller advised not to use hash item or soap to clean it.I thought it will serve me well.I advise they make it to work on electric or gas stove top and make a cover for it to compliment it as a full package.

We were following all the instruction but it’s broke after the second cook inside the stove.

This is the perfect size for nacho and other dishes. Love it.

Product states can use in oven but it cracked at first use. Not dependable at all.
