I’ve ran this cartridge for over 100 hours at this point with no issues. Happy with this replacement and I will keep one on my boat from now on. They have become a little pricey but that’s the way of the road with boating.

Make sure you don't cut old plug to short
Easy screw unscrew installation...spliced and heat shrunk old plug on new wires

Replacement cartridge
This replacement cartridge fit the housing for my pirhana live well pump just right. However, I wish manufacturer would have included better installation instructions. I finally got the unit installed properly, but given the pump's position in the bilge, it took several tries to get the replacement seated correctly.

Boat live well repair.
This was a quick fix for my boats live well. Just unscrew the old and slide the new one in. I was able to reuse my old wire connections and some heat shrink tubing and I was good to go.I would recommend this product.Scott L. SW Florida

turns out, I did not need the cartridge. had a power short and blew the breaker. I will keep this in case a friend needs one.
