This is my first time buying this scent, but the soap itself is amazing. It lasts awhile depending on the use, but it could be because I usually buy the bigger option. What you see is what you get according to the size, and the aromas are awesome. I've already bought several variations, and I will tell you that most of the soaps have a mid-rough texture that helps with exfoliation. Great products and a lot of variety.

Best soap I've ever used. Back years ago when I had acne this soap cleared up my skin in a matter of weeks. It smells amazing. The lavender is strong and the lather is of high quality fine milled European soaps. The bar is huge too.

I tried this brand some months ago - bought various fragrances - a blue color , very refreshing ; "milk" ; and this one, rasberry. The bars are big and generous, each bar lasts for months. Creates a lush soapy thick lather in seconds, on the netted sponge. Leaves my skin soft and clean - no soap residue. I particularly love the rasberry scented one. True luxury, worth the price ! When the bar gets small, I break it in pieces and use the scraps in my hand soap dish on bathroom sink. Treat yourself to this beautiful soap from France !!

This Provence soap is my absolute favorite brand, and has been for years! It smells amazing, lathers wonderfully, and lasts a long time. It makes my whole bathroom smell fantastic! My skin feels super clean and soft after using it. Plus, Amazon's delivery was incredibly fast. It seriously brings back happy memories of trips to Europe! Highly recommend!

These bars last a really long time. We have been using them as everyday hand soap. They keep everybody's skin on the knuckles, where it belongs, and the value factor is significant when you consider that, so far our first bar has lasted over six months.Maybe we're just not great hand washers? But I don't think so. I think the soap really does last a long time.Smells divine, too - and stays that way.Customer for life!______Update: My family still uses Pre de Provence Artisanal Vegetable Soaps. I have several varieties on Subscribe and Save, and I recently received several bars from Amazon Vine. Now seemed like a good time to give you more thorough impressions of each scent. Starflower, the first bar I reviewed, is a light clean neutral floral fragrance that works very well for soap and hand lotion. It isn't cloying or overpowering.Lemongrass smells like lemon drops. It's sweet and uplifting and has been great in the shower for back to school.White gardenia is heady and sophisticated. It smells great in the shower and, thankfully, does not linger afterward, because, as good as it smells, not everyone wants to smell like that all day.Rose petals smells exactly like roses. Exactly.Jasmine smells like the jasmine grasses of Provence, not like commercial facsimiles of jasmine.It's way better than those and is a warm, calming fragrance. Actually, none of these soaps smells like cheap drugstore perfume. They all smell like actual fruit, flowers, and herbs.Sage is lovely and a tad masculine. It smells like a summer herb garden.And peony smells sweet and fresh and very light.Finally, raspberry smells like raspberry pie. It is a sweet, almost mouthwatering fragrance that my son loves. As with the other vegetable soaps, the smell doesn't linger after the shower, so you do not end up smelling like pie all day.I started using these soaps as handsoaps, but my husband and son both swipe them off the sink and bring them into the shower. First the pros and cons of the soaps in general:Pros: long lasting, gentle on sensitive skin, all fragrances are inoffensive and mild; quality ingredients, veganCons: fragrance wears off long before the bar is used up, bar turns mushy easily so divide into thirds and use a soap dish. Quality and price vary widely based on seller. I’ve received some old and damaged bars That’s unscrupulous Amazon’s fault, though, not Pre Provence’s. Bars from authentic sources have been excellent 100%. Pharmaca dot com and many natural markets carry these soaps for better prices and are authorized retailers.Fragrances:Rose: natural mild rosewater a bit weak, herbal exfoliating bits are unpleasant ***-Coconut: just like freshly cut coconut ****Verbena: clean cooling citrus with hint of mint and no sharp tones *****-Raspberry: green, light white floral, orange? and a tiny bit of fresh picked raspberries, which actually have very little fragrance unless cooked ***- Sage: light herbaceous nice for unisex or men ****- Milk: if sheets were washed with ivory soap and Burt’s Bees Baby wash and line dried in clean sunny air *****- Green Tea: herbaceous, clean, light jasmine note- Amande: Marzipan, gourmand without juvenile sweetness *****- Lemon Blossom: 80% unscented and 20% scented with lemon and mint. Maybe a good idea for people who hate fragranced soaps, but still want to smell nice ***- Argumes: smooth mix of lemon, grapefruit, and maybe lime, clean and lightly sweet. Good for anyone. *****- Wildflower: light and clean mix of lavender, bergamot, mint, herbal scents, white flowers, slight powdery note. Good. ****- Sandalwood: subtler sandalwood than most and isn’t as resinous good for unisex- Rosemary: herbaceous, smells like rosemary, cooling, deodorizing, a bit stronger than the others ***- Lime: True lime fragrance balanced with a touch of grapefruit and an herbal note to keep it from being too bitter. ****- Mirabelle: pleasant clean fragrance with a bit of floral and some citrus. Light and mild *****Mint: peppermint’s more chill cousin. Very light scent, clean, pleasant.-Honey almond: real honey with almond exfoliate. The fragrance is warm and barely sweet.- Lavender: Mellow lavender without the medicinal overtone some can have, clean, herbaceousI hope those were helpful. It would be helpful imho, if people would add the color/fragrance/size, etc of a product and describe it in a review. Otherwise. It’s not much help.

Love this soap, wonderful scent with buttery texture and plenty of lather. On my constant reorder. Always get questioned positively for scent origin in public.
