Extremely bright and adjustable
Great Fenix product with a compact design. Brighter than a lot of other brands that are larger. Light does get very warm on high.

Best of both worlds from Fenix
This flashlight has both good flood and spot capabilities. At first it will feel awkward in your hand, but you get used to it. It uses two 18650 batteries. You need to get High Drain batteries 🔋 to get the most output in lm. Find at least a 12 to15 amp discharge rate on the 18650. Buy either Fenix batteries or EagTac brand to get your flashlight to reach the 5000 luminance rating. You can use standard rated 18650 batteries but your light won’t be as bright.

Good beam, well built, just one thing...
I really like this light. The description does not lie. However one thing to take note. It (tk35ue) takes tab top 18650 batteries the previous model tk35 took flat top (I have one of each). Strong beam, I was able to read highway and road signs in the dead of night from the car some distance away. I also believe I wrote a review of this light a couple years ago and its predecessor, It seems Amazon links reviews with the seller not the product per se. I think the is one of Fenix's better power lights no frills and no bull s.... One more thing the light's pouch was better on the former model - I did not have to take to light out of the pouch to use it... just click and see.

Good flashlight
It's a compact, but very bright light. The buttons are easy to use and understand. The modes are useful, although I don't expect to need the tactical uses, I like the option. I've basically adopted the 18650 battery format for my lights. My bike light, headlamp and flashlight all use the same battery type. It just simplifies my power needs. I don't find the TK35 the most comfortable to hold, which the only knock I have against it.

Doesn't work with most batteries
I have Protected 18650 batteries from 4 different companies. This light only works with the batteries from 1 of those companies. I am returning it!

Whats in the Box-NOTHING
I bought one of Fenix flashlights in Denver at the Sportsman Warehouse and had good luck. Ordered this on on Amazon. No Batteries in box, the flashlight does NOT have charging ability, you have to purchase the batteries separate at 60 bucks and a charger at 45 bucks. Don't Buy This Unit. It is only the shell and you must charge batteries separately. Terrible purchase!

Although it is bulky, it is a very powerful flashlight. Just as described. I would recommend it
