My previous review had one star because of Windows 10 issues and not due to the seller (Snow Bell) selling me a bad laptop. Snow Bell was very helpful in helping me figuring out the problem and fixing the issue. They called me directly to fix the problem and they were very understanding of my concerns. Great Laptop! Light and affordable with most features
My old laptop was at least 6-7 years old, so this upgrade was long overdue. All the features I wanted are in this laptop. First of all it's lightweight, attractive, starts up fast and has a decent amount of storage. I love the long battery life and its speedy abilities. The full year of Microsoft Office is also nice. Most of all, the price was lower than many and considering its features, quite a good deal.

So Far So Good
Bought this as a replacement to another HP laptop which I had for 2 years prior and loved, but spilled water on, so i needed a new one for school.Things I love about this one:It was cheaper than my last one, but doesn’t feel cheaper.Lighter weight and smaller screen, which I enjoy. Really convenient for carrying to class and other study places around campus.THE COLOR! I bought the rose gold, which is the same as my old, but I just find it so pleasing to look at.Now the things I don’t love so much:Sometimes runs a little slow. I can’t tell if it’s the school wifi or the device, but sometimes websites take a few seconds longer to load, and sometimes not all the parts of a website will show up. Occasionally when I’m writing in Google Docs, my typing will lag by a few words, so I have to wait for it to catch up.Sometimes the keyboard gets stuck in caps lock mode, even when caps isn’t on. This is usually resolved by hitting the shift key once.I’ve also noticed that this laptop needs to update more often than my old one, which is easily ignored or saved until I don’t have to use it.Overall. it’s a pretty nice laptop, and I highly recommend. It’s great for students, especially ones who do a lot of writing, like myself. After a few days, I realized I jo longer missed my old laptop.

Do not buy
Really thinking of returning this computerIt’s slow, restarts, freezes and run into problems as seen in the video too often for only being used for two daysI use this computer for class and turns off in the middle of classOnly reason I haven’t return as yet is because I’m in Jamaica ”where I live because I was only on work and travel”And it not touchscreen as advertised which I don’t mind just warning othersI have to pay 302 usd to return and will only be repaid up to 20usd because something is wrong with your product
