Very poor temperature control, the lock lid is very unstable and difficult to unlock while hot. Chances of getting scald burn while operating it as the whole body get heat up. and

Kattich 4 slice grill hardly worked for 2 months after purchase in Aug 2021. After that it stopped working totally ... absolutely no lights. Apparently there is service centre / shop in Bengaluru India. Contacted via online website. Technician picked up the product for repair and haven't returned back since then. He claims that Kattich company does not have parts for the product. He keeps saying in two days he will get parts but for last N months they are not coming.Please don't buy this grill and make same mistake. This product and Kattich support sucks.
