RCA DRC79981E 9-inch Dual Screen Portable DVD Player - Black (Renewed)

You definitely get what you pay for with this since its refurbished. For some reason, the volume goes in and out on one of the screens, and that same screen sometimes goes in and out, like its a short in the chords they provided. Not bad for the price, but if you are expecting to use it for a while, just pony up the extra cash for a brand new one.

So I'd like to start off by saying the reason I gave this a three-star review is because it did not come with two power cords or a double-headed power card. It also didn't tell you in the description that you need to have a double headed power cord or two power cords. So when you set it up and you think the second screen just doesn't work oh it does it just needs its own freaking power card. As for other people's reviews where one lady said that you can't adjust the brightness on the screens, you can it's just on the second screen only. You can also adjust the volume for both screens and I believe another reviews said you couldnt. They are working great for now after I had to go through the hassle to find all the right cords, but I'll update again if they decide to go out anytime soon.Update I changed to 1 star. Complete crap. They keep restarting and there's a line across the screen on the main player. Buy new not refurbished!

These are awesome! Work great and even better is the volume. Our old one you could barely hear but this is nice. Had to get a new power cord because the one that came with it was faulty and the remote doesn't work from the front seat but overall a good buy.

Awful, my kids barely got to use this. I would say it was used maybe 6 times and soon after it started buzzing and making an awful noise. Then the speaker went out and none of the dvds I put in it will even play. I only got barley a month of use or of this product and by the time it started acting up it showed I wasn't able to return it. I am beyond upset because it was money wasted. I am very upset with Amazon about this product.

Doesn't have playback

Bought refurbished working as advertised picks up where you left off great for the kids. Strap holder are stronger than other brands. Remote doesn't work but these players are in the back of a mini van and 2&3 years old's the ones wanting and they don't need one

The audio port for head set on main display didn't work... the hdmi plug on main display was missing pins and had the rest bent... so the second screen didn't work at all. VERY DISSPOINTED as I didn't notice either one of these problems until we were 2.5 hrs in on a 6 hr drive.

For what I paid for it works well. Wish buttons weren't on backside of unit. Very small buttons and you can't see what each button does. You must use remote my suggestion paint the buttons stop red play green and volume a different color
