Moderate Cold Blocking, OK fit = Mild Recommendation
I was hoping for a sweet, slightly thin microfiber running glove, made from the same stuff as the Asics running hat (which is terrific). These aren't quite what I had hoped for.For one, they're more like regular mittens or gardening gloves than specifically designed exercise apparel. The lowest temps I encounter on morning runs are in the high 40s, and I can really feel the cold through these. Sure, I understand they're liners, but from the product description, I had assumed these would do a bit more to keep the wind out. Another ding is that they don't fit quite right. I measured my hand a few times, as per instructions, and I'm exactly a large. However, the fingers ended up a little too long, and the gloves bunch a little in the palms. All in all, not that big a deal; they're affordable, they have a nice grippy feel to them, and they do keep my hands warmish. Asics, are you reading these reviews? Make a glove that matches your hat and shoe quality.I'd keep looking, and maybe spend a little more to keep your hands toasty when dashing through the wintry breezes.

Good for casual use, but not even light work
I like these glove liners. They fit very nicely. The reason I'm rating them 3 stars is because they started breaking down within 2 weeks of use. I actually used them as glove liners under another pair of gloves so I was testing them as a true liner. I used them while I was working for UPS during the seasonal work period delivering boxes, so the work was not strenuous by any means. The temp here was in the mid teens at times and the two pairs of gloves combined to maintain a nice warm barrier for the hands. But like I said they started to wear down and the grip on both palms and fingers was wearing off and the right glove was plagued with a hole inbetween two of the fingers. I feel that for $17 they should have lasted longer, with that being said, they did do a good job and I would recommend them for casual wear but not working.

You can use your touchscreen phone while wearing these.
These have lasted for several runs without any issue. The texture is very subtle but "grippy." A nice perk with these gloves is that I can still operate my iPhone 6 with them on! I wouldn't have expected that to work, but it does. You only have to wear them for 5-10 seconds for your finger's warmth to radiate through the glove (I'm guessing) and then you can operate a touchscreen.Mine are a tight fit, but I love that about them - I don't want loose gloves while running. I want tight fit, and breathable. They shield the cold and wind just enough for you to warm up, and then they're perfect at wicking moisture, and allowing your hands to breath, while retaining some warmth.

sized a little small
Gloves are the kind of thing you want to wear before purchasing so it is always a gamble buying this kind of thing online. I buy Asics running shoes so I took a gamble. They are glove liners, to be worn under gloves, so I have to keep that in mind. Just wearing these when running in 30's,my hands get cold. If just wearing them alone beware the wrist length is a bit short and leaves wrists exposed. Again they are glove liners. I have to wear real (bulky) gloves when running and temp is below 35 degress or so.

Keep Your Hands Warm and Dry
These gloves work as either lining gloves for an outer set, or as an outer set of gloves with thinner gloves (like running gloves) underneath. Either way, they keep the hands warm and dry. By themselves, the gloves do not make it difficult to pick something up or use a tool, like a snow shovel. They were a little pricey, but I'm pleased with my purchase. Asics is a pretty big name, so I anticipate they will last a while. So far, so good!

Love their shoes
The thing is I can't get past the fit. The fingers just fit funny. Loose in some places, tight in others. Mostly they are tight in the fingers and loose int the palms where they tend to fold up when I wear them (which I don't). They almost seem like factory seconds. I'm not picky and have never had an issue with gloves fitting so this was disappointing. At least they were cheap. Anyway I still like the Asics brand and will continue to buy their shoes just no more gloves.

Good Moderate Cold Weather Gloves
These are very good moderate cold weather gloves - I wear them with temperatures down to 20 degrees, but are not warm enough to wear by themselves below that temperature in my opinion. Having said that however, they are very comfortable with a nice fit, not too loose or too tight, and do exactly what they should do in moderately cold weather. They probably would make a good "liner" in colder weather, however I have other gloves for those conditions. I would recommend these, just don't expect too much out of them if you live in an area with very cold winters.

After ordering 4 more pairs I was very disappointed. Although they look the same
I bought several pairs of these a few years ago and wore them almost daily on my morning hikes. They finally wore out and I was thrilled to see them on Amazon. After ordering 4 more pairs I was very disappointed. Although they look the same, the material was different. the material feels very course and the rubberized palm material is thick and does not breathe. After wearing them once I threw all 4 pairs out in disgust.
