Surprisingly good
I am surprised and extremelly satisfied. I bought this one because it was the cheapest one i found but it is the best reusable ice pack i've ever had. The only thing is that the velcro strap could be a little bigger, but it is still a very good item nonetheless. Very easy to use as it can be put on the microwave and holds the temperature well. Helped me a lot with back pain that i have from working on the computer.

Well, it lasted exactly 1 day. I left it in the microwave a few seconds longer than advised and it popped along its side seam.

Seams burst
I purchased this to use solely as a cold compress, used it about 5 times in total and last night I noticed this gel seeping out from one of the seams. Had to throw it in the bin. Wouldn’t recommend.

Poor Quality, leaking within months.
Bought in March 2026, by June 2026 both had tears and were leaking. Very poor quality.

Excellent product.
Exactly as described and seems to be very good quality. I heat it up in the microwave 15 to 30 seconds at a time until it reaches a temperature that I like. Being careful not to overheat it. With the product positioned between my lower back and a chair or bed, it retains the warmth for quite a while. Very therapeutic.

Ottimo acquisto! Da tenere sempre nel freezer per mio figlio che a calcio ogni 3x2 prende qualche botta 😂. Pratico da utilizzare con la sacca per proteggere la pelle. Il laccio in dotazione ha il velcro e si può tranquillamente girare su se stesso garantendo terapia del ghiaccio su polsi e caviglie. Per chi ha figli che fanno sport è quella cosa tua tenere sempre a portata nel congelatore!!
