Ichigo Tensa Bankai Cutting Moon 56" Sword

id say in terms of authentication with the anime this is a 100% accurate now iv seen people talk about the chain and sheath but this is the real world people yes in the anime the last link in the chain at the end of the handle is broken but thats ANIME in the real world if the last chain in the link is broken its gona fall off ok its gona fall off so whats the point?? think about it, now yes id say the only real draw back here is the sheath it is loos and will fall right off the blade if your not holding it and when you pull the blade out theres clumps of ress and wood chips on it but just clean it off thats what i did an it looks beautiful. now in the anime there is no sheath for ichigo's bankai sword in the first place so again in terms of authentication to the anime the sheath holds no real meaning but again this is the real world and you need a sheath to protect and keep your blade clean so with that said im very VERY happy with this id say its a 100% accurate with the anime good size and feel to it for such a good price way better then these more expensive ones iv seen i say GO FOR THIS ONE!!! i have it hanging in a two tear wall mount in my room, blade in one and sheath in the other and it just looks GREAT!!!

alright i got my new bankai replica a day earlier(which made me really happy)and just like some of the other reviews pointed out the sheath is wood and the blade comes in some sort of resin(probably for storage purposes). I don't know if this is a common problem but the tsuka(hand guard) was loose and caused the blade to bend a little, but after a little super glue it was fine. Its a really big sword and the handle is about 50% larger than most katanas and can easily reach up to my shoulder when worn on the hip. the detail is amazing and i am quite pleased with this replica. the carbon steel isn't of a very high quality, but for the price it's great. the sword actually comes rather dull but the tip is very sharp. i would recommend keeping the sword outside of the sheath because wood chips tend to stick to the blade. 4 stars for amazing looking sword -1 star for cons

After reading reviews on this sword I was pretty sure that it would be decent, even though it is only 37.00 shipped. While obviously not an authentic weapon, for the price, it is a marvelous costuming/renaissance festival weapon. Its workmanship is actually quite high, the fittings and overall feel of the weapon is solid, with no looseness or rattling. All in all, worth every penny if you just need a clean looking weapon, with a very subdued appearance. The sageo knot is done in the merchant fashion, and one could easily replace this with a real bit of sageo cord to enhance the looks.Several people mentioned the Saya(scabbard) being loose initially or becoming loose over time. It is common for this to happen. If your saya becomes loose (mine is very very tight as I just got it), it is easy to shim the saya with a peice of heat activated wood Veneer edging. Just be sure to apply it to the edge(either the blade or spine of the sword) and not the sides within the Saya or you would split it. It is not necessary to apply more than about 1" or so into the saya.Anyways, price-to-satisfaction ratio is 5:5!

I was a little bit hesitant to buy a Zangetsu replica at this cheap of a price, but I took a chance and it was well worth it. The sword itself is much longer than normal katanas. Many people have said that the last link is not broken, but mine is actually split, but not opened (probably because it would just fall off if it was). The hilt is well-made and the guard is metal and is not loose. I took a star away because there's some sort of tree sap on the blade when you pull it out, it's usually easily wiped. I recommend getting this one if you don't feel like spending $50+ on the other replicas, so far all the swords I've bought from qswords has worked out well.

This is a beautiful great sword. I am a huge Bleach fan and this is very well made. I would have rated 5 stars but didn't because of a couple minor details: As I mentioned I am a big fan of the show and the first thing I noticed was the last link at the end of the chain is not broken, but this is not really an issue.*No display stand (it would be nice to have a stand to show it off)*Blade seems a little thin and flimsy (maybe because it is long)*Not very sharp at all =(*Sheath leaves some residue on the blade*Sheath does not grip and slips right offOverall it is an excellent replica! 4.5 STARS!

Now I wasnt expecting too much with the price I paid, but I was hoping for a tad better then this. When I opened the box I noticed at the end of the chain it was missing the end piece, though well maybe it fell in the box but there was nothing there, and nothing on the floor so it dodnt come with one. I figured ill let it go. The sword itself is a really good size, and the handle looks decent, but when I pulled it out the actual blade is pretty weak, almost flops around toooo much. It of course isnt sharpened, and it was covered in oil which I knew was going to be the case, but the piece in between the blade and the handle is a little loose also and has glue residue on it. Honestly I wish I spent the extra 25 bucks and got the better version, but you get what you pay for. At least it will be a nice little decoration on the wall.

I was so happy when that sword came in the mall. Its not to long , not to short. Exacly like in the manga. The scaber is made out of wood with black rought dots all over it. Giving it a realy good look. The guard is made of metal , not plastic. Also , there isnt the MADE IN CHINA thing on the blade. Just plaine black. The chain is held by a little triangle metal piece. the end is not broken like the manga, I dont know how it could be. The handle is a little less then two times the length of a normal handle. A perfect buy , I dont regret a single pennyA must buy for any bleach fan.
