BLACK+DECKER dustbuster® AdvancedClean™ Slim Cordless Hand Vacuum, 12V Max (HLVC320J01)

I've had this dustbuster for a few years now and it still works like a dream. The suction is surprisingly strong. It's able to pick up hair and dirt from inches away. I use it to get dirt off the bed from dogs or pick up after fallen crumbs and other smaller messes. It's also a great size for hiding between furniture and stores away nicely. It won't pick up hair stuck to upholstery and I wouldn't recommend it for food messes besides dry things like cereal crumbs. Takes just a few sections and one quick twist to empty it out.

Our old Dustbuster was on it's last legs and we went back and forth about how to replace it. Wanted something quiet and small, with a charging stand so that it would alway be ready to go. Of course, it also had to be powerful enough for whatever... we do have a regular vacuum. This is about ht e size of a rolling-pin, and the white one comes with a floor stand so you don't have to actually pug the unit itself in to charge it. ( you do have to plug the stand in). The dirt receptacle is actually pretty small - it's just the front clear portion of the unit. SO, you basically need to empty it every time, which I guess is a good thing. It's not very loud and seems strong enough to pick up fur, dust,, and whatever else we throw at it.

I rarely write reviews, but after purchasing two other small handheld vacs that I despise, I wasn't confident in this purchase. I'm not sure what happened in the last 20 years, but dustbusters have gotten SO LOUD. The highly-rated, wirecutter-recommended model I purchased a few years ago has good suction-but is cumbersome to clean, opens awkwardly, and is so loud that I absolutely hate it. I needed something for the small messes-coffee grounds, dust in the air purifier grate, dry potted plant dirt spills (cats, need I say more?)-that wouldn't take up too much room and wouldn't give me tinnitus. This little machine is it! It's cute, it's easy to empty, and it is easy to clean. And at 70 db, it's the quietist that I have found. Which means I will actually use it.

This Dirt Buster is the cat's meow! What a time saver. Easy to use and clean out. The only complaint I have is that the battery runs low after about 20-30 minutes of use. Well worth the charge though.

This works as expected and is a nice hand vac. I gave it only 3 stars because my package did not have the charging stand described in the description. The charging stand is also shown on the B&D website as a part of the purchase price. The hand vac was shipped in what appeared to be the original box.

I've owned many hand vacs.. this one is by far the worst. Suction power is practically neutral - I don't know how this product got released. It has ONE JOB!!! I use it mostly for hair and crumbs, nothing that has ever been a challenge for any other hand vac I've owned in the past.. this one struggles with both. The basket is the smallest I've ever seen as well. Seriously.. move on.. there are so many other similar vacuums that work so much better. This one left me baffled as to how Black & Decker.. one of the first to create this type of device, could get this one out the door with their name on it. Very disappointed and will be returning ASAP

This vaccuum cleaner is light weight but has an amazing suction power. It is ideal for bare floors and cleaning small areas that is hard to reach. The battery lasts very long and has strong suction power. I like it so much that I bought it for my daughters too.

Now hear me out.... They say you're not supposed to buy your significant other cleaning utensils and/or supplies for their birthday. Buy Why? I say balderdash to that malarkey. I could have spent my money on some flowers that will die, some candies that will be gone before tomorrow or some stuffed animal that will sit in the corner collecting dust until one day it gets put in a trash bag along with all of the pictures of us together. No way no how. Instead I bought my sweet this tasty little dust Vac with all the nifty attachments, bells and whistles you would want for their birthday. I know that if my sweet bought me a power tool for my birthday I would be impressed with their gesture and over the moon with their intentions. After all its a fitting tool for the work I am deemed fit to do. I figured a vacuum was along the same lines for them.

Funciona muy bien, buena potencia, pesa al usarlo, pero no demasiado... lo que me estresa es que considero casi imposible limpiarle el filtro... siempre queda lleno de polvo no importa cuando lo sacudas... quizá deberían vender la pieza para cambiarla.. porque es como de papel... y por más que la sacudo... no siento que quede limpia y siento que interfiere con la potencia al funcionar pues no pasa bien el aire y luego ciertas partículas un poco grandes no las absorbe bien a veces...
