Easy on the Tummy
I love this chia hammer gel. It’s easy on my tummy a gives me go-power. Love the chocolate flavor.

Good gels. Need more ingredient disclosure up front.
New to gels. I hear it’s trial and error for everyone. I like the ingredients and tolerate these well. I like the variety pack to sample before committing to a flavor. However I am disappointed that there are 6 gels I can’t eat due to food allergies. I knew the Apple cinnamon would be a waste, but was willing to sacrifice those two. However, I was not expecting Apple purée /concentrate to be in the lemon and lime flavor as well as the mango orange. I really wish more of the ingredient labels would’ve been disclosed in the current listing for this reason. Removed one star for that. I will buy again because I had good results but will be more careful next time with my flavor selection.

Best gels I've tried for ultra running
Loved the texture more than anything. Other gels are extremely viscous - even at warmer temperatures some gels are just way too thick. These are great in terms of viscosity and flavor (for the most part), and I'll be using these gels for all my ultras moving forward. I tried them out for a 50k in below freezing temp and they were still pretty easy to swallow with just a splash of water. My only complaint is that the bundle includes chocolate and cafe mocha flavors - never in a million years would I willingly choose these flavors for ultra running and idk why these flavors exist. The fruity flavors are delicious, but the handful of weird chocolate and mocha flavors are just wasted money on my part.

For the first time, my stomach is happy during training
If you are looking for training/race nutrition, look no further. I spent 2 triathlon seasons using gels that upset my stomach. I thought that this discomfort was a natural part of endurance training, but eventually I knew something was off. After trying out a handful of different brands of gels, I finally landed with these. The real food contents are easy on the body and absorb quickly, so you can keep your hydration and nutrition intake up without any GI distress. I fueled with huma gels for my final Ironman training block and during the race, and I do not think that I would have had as good of a result had I not switched over to these. Huma will be my go-to from now on, cannot recommend these things enough.
