Really starting to see a differences. Obviously if you dont put in the work you wont see much results, but from a person who hit the gym multiple times in the pass and haven't seen result. But decided to give this a try. It works ! I gonna buy again soon!

Second time purchasing and will purchase again. I was scared with this flavour (first time I got fruit punch but they were sold out of that one) but I was pleasantly shocked and honestly think I like this flavour over the fruit punch! I think it works for what it says it’s suppose to do

Love this. I used to just take a pill form of this but I love being able to change my dose day to day.

I've tried many supplements, but the most difficult for me are finding the ones easy on my stomach early in the morning before a workout. This dosage works perfectly for my early morning workouts. This is not a quick fix supplement to burning fat, but an effective with consistent use and activity over a long period of time. Exactly how I want my supplements and vitamins to work.

I absolutely loved it. I add it to my whey protein and it taste so incredible I can’t believe it. Ordered another one.

Overall taste is pretty good! I have been using this for just over a week and I can say first hand that my workouts are even better than before (7 days a week - 30 min cardio in AM before work - 30 min cardio in PM after work with about 20-30 min of weights) - This gives me a little extra boost of energy to complete my workouts. Nothing crazy, but enough to notice. I do indeed sweat a little more which is always a good thing. No jitters and no crash that I can notice. Others have mentioned an odor however I have not had this happen to me. I have added this to my daily regimen of supplements/vitamins.

Does the job, no complaints there. Taste? Bit sour for my liking—would’ve preferred something sweeter. Personally, I rate Mammoth L-Carnitine 1500 in Rainbow Candy higher. Still, solid stuff if you can handle a bit of tang.

At 65 years old I seem to need an energy boost to play 18 holes of golf these days and this stuff fits the bill perfectly. Surprising energy seems to last the game, about 4 1/2 hours. At the end you can feel the muscles used and they feel tuff kinda buff ha ha. Not sure about weight lose, not checking that side of things yet. Has become a daily routine of a table spoon in the morning and that energy boost is there. No side effects that I can tell of. Seems to be consistent as it’s noticeable with muscle mass/ strength.
