I'm so pleased with both the toaster and the kettle. They look so beautiful in my kitchen and work so great. 100% pleased!

The pot heats up in about a minute flat, so I have my "pour over" coffee faster than any coffee maker I have ever used. The toaster not only heats up the outside of your bagel, but also the inside is toasted too. So toast and bagels stay warmer longer. And they look beautiful on my countertops.

I got these to match my light pink kitchen aid stand mixer and they are a perfect match. They are very nice and both work great so far.

I will never use another brand for the kitchen appliances offered by haden. If this is your look/style you will not find better looks or quality anywhere else. I am in love with the haden brand

Looks good and works well. Toaster a little light so don't push down to hard or it flips forward

I purchased this set as part of a kitchen refresh. Nice color and I liked the retro vibe. The toaster was never used, and the kettle was used once to test it, and I found it to be unsafe because the lid got too hot and it was very awkward to handle, so I returned it. This was with a few days of delivery, well within the return window. They have refused to honor my return, only refunding $80 of a $173.19 order because it was “used.” They have refused to change their mind. I reported to Amazon and am waiting for a decision. Fortunately the replacement kettle I ordered was from a different seller. “Spreetail” is the worst seller I have ever dealt with in 20 years as an Amazon customer. The Haden brand is carried at other retailers who actually stand behind their products.
