I received clear retainers after having my braces removed and use this gel about twice a month to keep my teeth pearly white. Before going to bed, I place a thin strip of whitening gel along the top of the tooth line in the retainer. Make sure you've already brushed your teeth and then rinse your mouth out a few times with water. Pop your whitening trays or retainer in and get some sleep. In the morning, I simply wash out my retainers and brush my whiter teeth. Personally, my teeth are really sensitive so I can't handle using it more than once or twice in a row, but once you've achieved your desired level of whiteness, you don't have to do it very often. It really depends on if you're eating or drinking foods that can stain. As a tea drinker, once or twice a month is enough to maintain my desired level of whiteness.

Good whitening gel, but I think my teeth are too sensitive for it. I had to stop using it. Not sure if I have lost some enamel over the years or if it is this gel. I haven't tried another brand since because the pain was so bad.

The perfect solution to get rid of some really bad staining caused by many years of heavy smoking. Just use it a couple of weeks overnight and all stains will disappear. If you use more than 20% you get really sensitive teeth but 20% for 2 weeks is manageable. After you stop the sensitivity will disappear in 2 days.

Why has the cost of this product increased SO Much

I've used this specific gel in the past and it worked perfectly. Started noticing a difference in my teeth with two weeks.
