1 Piece 6mm Black EVA Foam Sheet, 14" x 39" Craft Foam Cosplay 80 kg/m³‌

I used this to replace an inner panel of deteriorated foam in a tote bag. Worked well. Easy to sew with.

It's very light and sturdy. It holds together very well even under tension. I used hot glue on it and attached pieces together to make a pair of horns. Some of the segments are under tension because it had to be bent into the curved shape that I wanted. Some corners are pretty tight, but the foam didn't fray. Pleasant surprise. Also didn't need primer for painting it. Used gold acrylic paint on mine. Needed 2-3 coats to get the effect I wanted. Might've gone on better with primer, but eh. Not bad. Great quality foam. For the size of horns I made (segments + base) I used about a little less than half of the sheet. More than enough left over for another headgear project.

I used this for my cosplay and it held up sturdily all day. It was easy to cut and can be used for many purposes. Hot glue works perfectly if you need to attach it to things. My only complaint is that it kind of sucks to paint. You have to use multiple layers of paint because the material absorbes it.

Using to finish up a few pieces of a costume which included a bandolier so the length helps a whole lot. Very smooth not defects, easily painted. Thick enough to not worry about tearing or not retaining it's shape but still able to bend when needed.

Good quality, great thickness, great value, easy to use, will be great padding for my doll cradle.

I used this product to make a light weight cosplay Venom mask. I was pleasantly surprised by the price and the high-quality foam I received. It was very easy to cut, even using an intricate pattern and adhesion with glue gun glue worked perfectly. The phone was smooth and not crumpled, which gave our project a nicely finished look. It was easy to paint for the places we needed a pop-up color. I don’t have any notes or or suggestions for this product. It was exactly what I needed, and it worked great.

I haven’t used them for cosplay, but they worked well enough for props
