Mattress Topper Twin Mattress Pad Protector - Quality Plush Luxury Down Alternative Pillow Top - Extra Thick Mattress Cover(Twin Size)

Our mattress is over 10 year old. Instead of buying a new mattress, I decided to try a mattress topper and protector. This one is very soft. Not very thick. Super comfort to sleep on it. It covered our mattress perfectly and gave our old mattress a complete makeover. I felt the difference immediately. Now, after a few weeks, I washed and air dry it, I still feel so comfy whenever I lie down.

The mattress topper fits on a double mattress pretty snug with straps on each corner. I used it as a mattress protector. My mattress is pretty soft already. It adds an extra layer of protection to my back.

While it is reminiscent of a heavy comforter which almost exactly matched the one I used in a hotel last weekend, I found it added a good bit of softness underneath as well. I have a new sofa bed but rarely have guests so tried the bed myself and found it wanting for comfort. I tried a heavy throw and a comforter underneath me which greatly improved the softness of the bed. Since a guest was coming I purchased this mattress pad in hopes it would provide even more comfort than a couple extra blankets. It fluffed nicely after airing it upon opening as instructed. Outer squares were fluffier than the inner ones. I did not put it in the dryer but feel that would have put the mattress over the top and gave it a perfect five. Overall, product quality for price paid was a good value. The cotton cover was super soft and it easily folded up into the sofa bed. I did add another throw underneath and found it perfectly comfortable.

I went on vacation last summer & had the best sleep in the most comfortable bed- been trying to recreate it! I’d purchased another topper last year but was nothing like this! I’ve finally found the “vaca sleep” i was searching for! I didn’t have the budget to try more expensive toppers, but didn’t need to- it’s a great value & great night’s sleep!(I specifically have shoulder issues for a side sleeper & am a chiropractor so know the importance of comfort, posture while sleeping, and QUALITY!)

I put it on top of my mattress. After I sleep on this topper, I have better sleep than before. It is softer and more comfortable than what I expected. I think I had a right choice to purchase this.

I replaced my old mattress cover for this one. It is great and also easy to clean. I fluffed it up in the dryer on without heat before I put it on the mattress.
