Good value and quality
I bought this to wear under my Queen of Hearts Halloween costume last October. I didn't want to spend a ton of money for one night, but I really wanted the dress to puff out more than what you get with the included crinoline. Never the less, I was more than please when it arrived to find that, not only was it well-made, but it has lots and lots of fun layers. It's quite simply adorable! Who says you have to pay the most to get the best quality.
