Durability is the Main Thing I Have Noticed
This is a fantastic thick, hard-to-tangle, USBc (Male) to USB3 (Female).I got it for my Oculus but I've been using it mostly as a high-speed extension cable for quick charging my CCTV when the solo panels haven't done the job.I can plug it into the house and then reach the outside CAMs. Perfect! The cable lives in my Wire Bag that is always on me (I'm an ICT Technician). If I could give it more than 5*****'s I would.5*****

High Quality, Very Fast and Useful for Extending most cables
I received this cable for extending the length of my Oculus Quest 2 VR Headset. This was a much cheaper alternative to the Oculus Link Cable which is almost 4x more expensive. It's also been very useful for allowing me to use my PS5 controller whilst the console is in another room since the wireless signal cannot travel that far.The cable arrived in very a simple branded plastic pouch for packaging. Inside was just the cable and nothing more. I'd say this is more than enough for what it is, although I do wish they used more recyclable packaging than relying solely on plastic. The cable itself feels very good in the hands and is soft to the touch. I usually prefer cables with braided housing/sheaths. But I'll let CableCreations off on this one as the rubber outer casing feels premium. The female connector is also nice, as it uses high-quality plastic with a nice matte textured feel to it. The male USB-C end has a nice, long connector end which is made out of the same rubber as the cable itself. It is moulded and feels really nice. The connector tips are gold, but not sure if they are actually gold-plated. The reason why this would be helpful is to help reduce signal noise and give consistent transfer speeds. The cable strains are moulded rubber but they seem like they would provide a fair bit of protection against snagging and bending. The length is ideal for extending the oculus quest's cable just that bit more. The speed of connectivity is also unaffected and is helped by Oculus' excellent cable speed test to see if your cable meets their requirements. And I'm pleased to say that it does indeed pass the 10Gbps test, meaning it is a true USB 3.1 10Gb cable. The seems to also offer fast charging as it managed to charge my device to 45% in around 30-40 minutes.Fast charging and fast data transfer like this at a length of 5m is not easy, and their mention the following text in their description: "USB extension cord features signal booster design with qualified chip perfectly avoid attenuation for long-distance (max 5 meters) data transfer; Multiple layers foil and braided shielding to minimize EMI / RFI interference, corrosion-resistant, efficiently reduce signal loss and prolong the cable life", seems to ring true also. I've noticed no signal degradation, no inconsistency with transfer speeds, and no issues whatsoever when using the cable. Also given that it is managing 10Gbps at 5M, means it must be an active cable. Making it worth the money at that point. One thing to note is that this is a directional cable. What this means is that the USB-C end HAS to go into your PC, Laptop, Console etc and the female USB-A end connects to whatever peripheral/device you are plugging into. The cable has this label on it, with the word 'host' referring to the device that you are connecting your peripheral to.With all that said, you're paying a fair bit for the quality. But you are also paying for the reliability, build and transfer speeds. At the time of writing the cable costs £21 but is on sale for £16. But it should not matter anyways as this is a cable that is worth that price given its features and reliability/build quality.

Great cable
This is a very thick and durable cable, and it's great for high data throughput.I'm using it to get from my PC to the living room for VR and it works perfectly.

Perfect*
🌟 I have quite a few devices around the house that are powered or charged via USB-C cable but the cables are all quite short in length, so this USB-C extension is extremely handy!➕️ You will need a USB male to USB male cable if you want to use this for common devices such as a Samsung phone etc as the extension part is USB female and connects to a USB Male cable.➕️ The cable is VERY long, just over 5 metres in length, so it's perfect for stationery devices that are quite far from an outlet➕️ It's also a strong, thick, sturdy cable of very decent quality. The cable has charged my device super fast too.

Good but quite pricey
Really good and solid with a very long 5m extension cable which is very sturdy. But at over £20 it's expensive so you would really have to need one with a cable that long. Not for me but my son will find it useful.

direction uni or bi?
Keep the sellers text, there is no manual. CE mark on the packing only, on the cable a name and on the USB C side a print Host, and on the USB A (blue) side 10G.The sellers text is puzzling or a bit bad translated: Is that cable unidirectional? Or not? The host always to be on the USB C side, but charging from the USB A side? 900mA = 0.9A fast charge? I am confused. I got the 5m. Its not braided outside, a bit stiff, but they say braided and shielded inside. I cant test the effectiveness of that.

High quality - good length - fairly pricy
Good quality cable. I do prefer the ones with braided cords, but this one is just as good. Plastic coating is quality as are the ends connectors. The length is ideal for extending the oculus quest's cable just that bit more. Speed of connectivity is also unaffected which is excellent for playing rift games over the quest 2 headset. That said you're paying a fair bit for the quality. At the time of writing the cable costs £21 - which is actually one of the cheaper options for this kind of cable connector. Can't fault the fact it does the job perfectly.
