Dramatically reduce number of times you need to urinate at night
I've taken numerous supplements to support my prostate and decrease the number of times I have had to get up in the middle of the night to urinate. This frustrating nighttime ritual would typically happen anywhere from 4 to 7 times a night. Needless to say, my sleep was sorely and negatively impacted. Immediately upon taking just one Pygeum capsule before bedtime, I have needed to get up only ONE TIME per night to urinate. What a blessing.

Still testing
Initial use shows results with urine issues improving after a few days. From further research, any other benefits pygeum has should be seen within a month of use and one user I read about reported results after 16 days. I used it for a week and didn't notice any other benefits, but with the new information, I will continue to use it for a couple of weeks to see if anything happens. I'll update you with more numbers when I notice the results. -Update- Its been a few days and I've got to say, the results were in! It only took me around twenty days. If you know then you know. Other than that, great product!

Semen volume increase
As a 74 years young man, everything still works, just not as well as before, including the volume of my semen. After 5 days of this, dramatic increase in volume, even more than once a day. I'm sure it is not the same for everyone, and could be placebo effect, but I don't see how. I'm a believer!

Apparently Depletes Testosterone
I don’t know the effectiveness of this supplement because upon receiving it I took only one dose. I should have done more research before ordering it because apparently it depletes testosterone. Would not recommend this supplement based on that alone. But if you’re okay with that concern, the supplement may be helpful.
