Works well, very bright.

Excellent product for what it is. Super bright and can really see it from a far away. All the diffrent light setting it has is awesome as they are so many to choose from. Would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a great light for any type of work, activity or career.

Works great, and at a great price.

Good dash light, bright enough for the day and stays on your windshield. Good amount of patterns to cycle through. The only issue is the threads stripped very easily for the screws and the bracket no longer holds it in place, which isn’t really an issue as it’s a dash light but my other lights haven’t stripped.

I purchased the green lights. They are very bright. You can’t look right at them. I set them in the back window of my truck just to see how they would look through the dark factory tint. I did this in the daytime & they are still easily seen through the window tint. Plenty of flash patterns to choose from. * Things to know about this light: it is made of plastic. If it were dropped onto a hard surface, it would probably shatter into a 1000 pieces. Also, when initially testing this light out for about 20 minutes, I noticed the plastic housing did get a little warm. Nothing that would come close to burn you, but noticeable. For that reason, I will use mine with the vents facing up to better dissipate heat. I will most likely only use mine while my truck is sitting still, not moving. I did not install the flash shield or suction cups so I can’t speak to how well they work. I kept them & put them away in a safe place in case I need them in the future. The flash shield just snaps on, but I don’t know if you could take it off without damage. I did install the metal bracket that came with it. These are things that I thought were worth mentioning. I still gave this 5 stars because the price point is great & it will be fine for my needs. It’s not completely right to compare this to a Federal Signal or other well known company. I have previously bought an Xprite magnet mount round beacon & was impressed with it. That’s why I bought this light & I’m happy with it. Bottom line, if you handle it with care, this might be a good light for you. There’s other versions of this light out there that are a few bucks cheaper. Based on my initial impression, I recommend this Xprite light. They have in no way compensated me & this is as honest a review I can give.

I just got mine a few days ago and will start by echo-ing others; I was not expecting much for such a low cost light. But I was pleasantly surprised! I bought white/white and plan to attach color lenses. I will buy some colored plexiglass or something and cut to fit with a Dremel. (Due to reviews about the dim brightness of other colors. Plus I like the option to have different colors) I have NOT permanently mounted yet, but did setup during the day and they lights were BRIGHT. (Full daylight, direct sunshine) Can been seen for a long distance at night too. Solid all around construction, heavy-duty power cord. Good, sturdy switch/power plug. Plenty of cord to be able to thread out of sight. My dis-likes are the following: 1) there is no list of the flash patterns. You have to cycle thru and stare at each one to see what they are..I will try to make a decryption list of all 18 soon. 2) as mentioned by others, the bracket and removable shroud do not fit tight to the windshield, allowing distracting flash-back at night. 3) the unit does heat up a little bit if it is ON for a while. But that is to be expected. I currently have mine sitting on the dash with some double-stick tape holding it in place (might switch to Velcro). It works perfectly and because the shrould is right against the windshield there is NO flashback. I wouldn't even know it was on of I accidentally hit the switch except for the very nice built-in indicator light. I have some ideas for the bracket to allow for the shroud to sit flush with the windshield, but it will take some serious modification and additional metal pieces. Once I see how this unit holds up over time I definitely plan to buy more (rear deck and possibly side door window) -J

Very bright and affordable fast shipping and great price

Light functions well, very visable at night, OK during daylight. I'm in the bright desert, it's useable. That being said, the light is OK. The "windshield bounce cover" is a very thin cheap plastic. It partially melted and deformed. I took it out of service after a few days. My days in summer are 100-110. The glass is HOT. Light is good for a rear light, but not for the front.
