This is a good Vitamin B complex. It's small enough to make swallowing easier than others. 250 capsules in the bottle makes it a very good deal.

I don't take this daily. Sometimes not even weekly but if I'm ever have trouble with my energy level I take these and within 3 days my energy is great again. I can only speak for myself everyone is different but they clearly work for me. Over the last four or five years I have purchase 4 times. Great B complex supplement I highly recommend.

Great deal, been using forever.

I didn't personally like this style of B complex but I'm still leaving 5 stars. My body is weird with supplements sometimes but I can still tell you it gives me a big energy boost but I'm sensitive to supps giving me anxiety which this did mildly but I'm sure its great for most people

I tried this B-complex because the formula looked comprehensive, but the capsules had a strong medicinal odor as soon as I opened the bottle. They also left an unpleasant taste afterward, which made taking them each morning something I started to avoid. The capsules were larger than I anticipated, and the added vitamin C did not make the experience any more pleasant. A supplement intended for regular use needs to be easier to tolerate, and this one did not meet that basic expectation for me.

A common cost effective go to cover all my B vitamin needs. For that price and covering 240 days, wow this is a barging of itself 10x over.

高濃度って感じがすごくします。

一年近く購入しています。夏場はカプセル同士が引っ付きますが、変色などはなく振れば分かれるので気にせず服用しています。
