Control arm was installed without issues. The only thing now the durability of the part itself.

Needed to replace the right front ball joint on my 2004 4Runner sport V8. Having done this before on another 4runner, I knew it would be easier to replace the whole control arm rather than expend the time and effort to just replace the ball joint, inasmuch as the angle of the ball joint itself precludes removing it with conventional hand tools and/or auto parts store rentals. Moog used to be a name to depend on, so I purchased MOOG RK620061 Front Right Lower Suspension Control Arm and Ball Joint Assembly and installed it. It was a battle removing the old one due to the rusting of the pivot bushings in the old CA and having to replace them, but the Moog fitted right up, the alignment after the install went well and the 4Runner handles like it should again.

Installed this (and a front right lower control arm) myself on a 2013 Toyota Rav4; fit perfectly. Brand was recommended by my mechanic. Would purchase again, but will probably never need to replace them again.

I purchased the LCA January 21, 2026 and had it professionally installed February 5, 2026 along with the right side and all components to rebuild front end. After noticing some inside tread wear on the left front tire I carried vehicle back to repair shop thinking maybe the alignment was off. Service advisor and mechanic advised me that the lower ball joint had play in it causing the tire wear even though it had very few miles on it. They also agreed that maybe the wrong LCA was sent because the grease zerk pointed straight up into the cv axle making it unserviceable. Keep in mind I office from home and drive my Fj Cruiser very little. Seller refuses to replace the part even though it took over 30 days to notice tire wear(30 days is their warranty) and at the time of installation we thought maybe the part was an older production unit since the right side had 90° zerk fitting and different color dust boot. Horrible or wrong part and company

I have always been a strong believer in the MOOG brand. But unfortunately the control arm rubber bushing has separated from its steel sleeve for both front control arms. I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of this product for only lasting just over 2 years.

Both my stock control arms has worn through the ball joints on my RX330, so I needed a good replacement. I purchased both the left and right MOOG arms and am pleased to report the vehicle has remained perfectly balanced and stabilized since the install over 3 months ago. These are excellent quality, easily comparable, if not better, than the OEM control arms.
