Very, very pleased with this watch band. The leather is great quality and very comfortable on the wrist. It's firm, yet soft and fits quite nicely... no stiffness or "breaking in" needed. Absolutely love the Quick Release feature (cannot understand why any watch manufacturer wouldn't use these instead of the old-fashioned spring bars!) I swapped out this black leather to replace a stainless steel bracelet that quite honestly kept me from wearing this watch all that much. The Quick Release is super easy to take on and off, and gives you the flexibility to easily move your band to another watch as needed. With the leather strap, this watch (in my opinion) looks much nicer and definitely wears much more comfortably. I have not tried a Ritche "genuine leather" band, so I cannot speak for it, but I have also tried a Ritche NATO strap that I found to be excellent. I would highly recommend Ritche straps as an inexpensive, yet quality way to change up the look of your watches. Besides the color of the band, be sure to match the buckle to your watch case, as Ritche has several different options!

I've ordered several watchbands and have always been satisfied. I like that the spring bars have jobs that make them easy to install or remove without tools, and keep them from falling out.

I purchased the brown/silver colorway for $20 in October 2023. It arrives in a basic ziploc bag with just the strap and no tools. While these straps can be installed without tools using the quick release spring bars, I still think it would have been nice if Ritche included a spring bar tool, since you might need one to take your original straps off. My biggest problem with this strap is that it is NOT top grain leather as advertised in the description of the item. If you look at my pictures you can see that it is clearly stamped with "genuine leather" on the back of the strap. Their product photos don't show the genuine leather label either. I've removed one star for false advertising which is never appreciated. For those unfamiliar, "genuine leather" is the lowest quality of leather on the market, with "top grain" sitting one grade higher and "full grain" being the highest quality. I would not have purchased this strap if I had known it was only genuine, seeing as the equivalent Barton only costs $8 more. Still, I'm going to rate the product 4 stars because it seems decently well built and feels like it would last about as long as you'd expect a $20 leather strap to last. The hardware is made of all stainless steel and seem sturdy enough. The buckle is unsigned which I appreciate as well. And installation is a breeze with the quick release spring bars. Out of the box, it is a very light colored strap which is what I wanted. The color deepened a bit after I applied some conditioner, but still appears quite anemic as you can see compared to the Barton which is almost the exact same strap. Still, I don't mind it and I think the gingerbread look will go well with some watch dials. It wears comfortably on the wrist. Honestly I would recommend that you spend a few dollars more and go for the Barton. Between the deeper, richer color and the higher quality materials I think it would be worth it. However if all you have is $20 to spend then the Ritche should serve you well too.

I tend to go through watchbands rather quickly so I have had a few over the years, this is the first one I've reviewed. The leather is a bit firm at first but quickly takes its shape and fits perfectly around my wrist. No annoying rubbing or irritation, just pure wrist bliss. And the craftsmanship? Oh, it's top-notch! You can tell they didn't cut any corners here. The stitching is impeccable, and the attention to detail is just mind-blowing. It's like they handcrafted this watchband with love and precision. I haven't had it long enough to comment on its durability but it feels like it's really well-made. The black leather is also very versatile. Whether I'm dressing up for a fancy dinner or going for a casual coffee, this watchband effortlessly complements my style. It's like the chameleon of watchbands – adapts and enhances whatever look you're going for. The quick-release also makes it so easy to attach. Def Reco!

Nice watch band. Of note, this band does not taper towards the buckle, in case you are considering adding a deployant clasp.

This is a well crafted, well styled watch band, superior to the original on my Timex Explorer watch. The seems to be holding up well, and is actually more comfortable than the original. The problem arises with the binding posts. Although the design is innovative, with a spring loaded mechanism so that the pins cannot be lost, and installing the band is much easier than with the the standard binding pins that hold the band in place, the pins themselves are a few centimeters too short, Thus the band will not hold in place as designed, and under even a bit of stress, the watch will fall off the wrist. What I've done is to place pieces of Mounting Tape on opposite sides of the flanges on the watch for mounting the band, trimmed as best I was able (2 on one side, 1 on the other), and that seems to be working, without noticalb e defect. Were the manufacturers to add a mere 1 or 2 centimeters to the length of their spring loaded pins, they would have an unqualified 5 Star product, in my opinion.

Takes minutes to install, comfortable soft leather yet firm not flimsy. Great Value low cost. Feels good on wrist and stylish. Changes ur watch look. I have purchased many bands from this company to fit many watches I own. No problem EVER!

This is a sharp leather strap. The leather is not too thick, but clearly durable. It installs in a snap and boosted the appearance of my watch rehab greatly. Excellent quality for a great price.

My 2nd purchase to replace the one I bought in Jun 2022. I noticed a change in design and now it only includes a single loop (would have preferred a double). Note that colour will darken over use and time, and when wet. See photo of old and new strap side by side for comparison. I do like the colour better when it ages. I ordered 'coffee' colour.
