These vitamins are excellent and from a large trusted Canadian vitamin manufacturer that may not be recognized by most Americans (Jamieson). They contain a well balanced mix and of vitamins and minerals with most meeting or exceeding USDA guidelines. They also contain low sugar, unlike many of the gummy vitamins. Lastly, they do not contain any red#40, which is a known carcinogen.

Chewable vitamins for adults are hard to find if you don't want a gummy. My husband has an esophagus issue so has difficulty swallowing large multivitamins. Can no longer find the centrum chewables, so switched to these. He says they taste great. Very happy with these.
