The lamp is great! It's just the right height for my couch, then when I moved it to next to my bed, it was great. It looks really nice in a room and have gotten compliments when I point it out. Otherwise, it appears pretty natural with my furniture.With that said, I sort of wish that had a normally on/off switch or pull tab instead of the foot switch. Assembly was easy, but putting on the shade required slightly still hands. Think putting on a screen protector on a phone (but a little easier).

This is such a nice lamp for the price! I’ve gone through quite a few searching for the right one and not wanting to spend too much money. This one does just the trick! Stylish, simple, clean lines, perfect size and gives off a nice light with the shade.

The only thing I wish was different was the shade part. I wish it was a bit more sturdy but for the price it’s a nice lamp! Love the way it looks in my living room!

Let me tell you something, I SUCK at assembling things. I usually just ask my boyfriend. But this lamp is not only beautiful and sturdy but it literally took me less than 5 minutes to assemble. I’m thinking I might buy another one :) FYI it’s purple in color because I was resting my smart bulbs :)

I have ZERO ability to put things together correctly. This lamp was so easy to put together, it took maybe 5 minutes and no assistance.It reminds me of a street light. It works great with this random jungle theme I came up with. Give it a try. Great lamp, great price.

This was a find. The lamp is lovely. The cheesy looking white shade actually makes great ZOOM light. Really! The linen beige shade, installed according to the decent directions was easy. Quick assembly. Buying two more. Highly recommended - Update: home and office have these. they are super.

I got this in today and just could not wait to assemble it. Completing this was very simple in general so I began. The assembling of the pole was a piece of cake! It did not feel too sturdy but it had the look I wanted pretty much.I got the light part assembled and felt that the pieces of the pole were not tight together so k tightened it more. As I did this, I was scared that it would strip the screw on or I would break it.After securing it the best I could, I started to assemble the shade. The design is terrible because it shows the imperfections on them. The clips are small which is great, but you can see where they connect to hold it to the structure that is the skeleton of the shade. I felt that the shade just destroyed the whole look of the lamp and changed it from a five to a three.

It was shorter than I realized which is my fault. Putting it together was pretty easy which was good because I was intimidated by having to do that at first. Honestly if placed correctly in a room you’d never know it wasn’t super pricey. Seemed sturdy enough and if it had worked where I needed it to I would’ve kept it. Can’t attest to how well it lit the room or it’s durability because we returned it but not a bad purchase if you pay attention to height unlike me lol.
