We love this game. It's fun, fast paced and easy to take along.
I'm always looking for fun things to do with my 13 year old daughter. We love playing games, but I wanted to find some fast card games for when we don't have much time or if we're on a trip and need small games to bring. This is an excellent game for us!The general game is you start with an agreed upon 4 letter word, then deal the cards out. Then when everyone is ready to go everyone starts adding one card at a time to make new words. This isn't a taking turns game. Everyone goes as fast as they can. They call out the new word as they place the card. Whoever gets rid of the cards first wins!We play this with 2-3 players usually and it takes about 5 minutes from start to finish. It's fast, fun and easy to learn. I like that it's a little mentally challenging as well. Definitely a great, inexpensive purchase!

Fun, Fast-Paced Action
We are a family that enjoys playing games... most any kind of board game, card game, whatever... can be found in our home. My daughter loves the original Scrabble, but the boys don't like to compete with her word nerd vocabulary!! So, I thought we'd give this a try and see if I could get them interested. My daughter, the biggest critic, was in dismay when she saw this!! She was like, "this is stupid!" But, I'm like, "it's still Scrabble, right?" She wasn't buying it. Then, I got her to try it. The fact that everybody is scrambling at the same time to go through the cards - since letters are printed on the front and back of each card, this can be a bit challenging - and come up with a word, games can get pretty quick and pretty intense real fast. Especially if you think you've got something and somebody slams down a letter to change the word before you can get yours down! Just one or two rounds and my daughter was hooked!! Now she wants to take it to school and "beat" her friends! LOL!! It's a great mini-size Scrabble edition and can be fun for the whole family! Just watch out for those made-up words... there's always somebody trying to sneak one in!!!

An awesome family game for 6 to 99 years of age!
I have an 8 year old, 10 year old, and 17 year old at home. My husband and I play this game with all three kids and we have so much fun we end up rolling on the floor laughing! This game gets unbelievably fast! People start screaming and slamming letters and yelling words! My 8 year old daughter has a hard time keeping up with my teenage son plays but she still loves it and laughs the whole time! We keep the iphone handy so we can look up words on [...] when we get in a spot where nothing seems to work. Most of the time that doesn't happen, unless my teenage son picks a word.. like aged. Anyway.. we love this game and highly recommend it! We are going to see if it works to put two decks together and double the people (10) at Christmas time. Will be interesting to see how crazy it gets with my grown daughters and my son-in-laws. As far as educational value, I've even learned words. If you get in a bind you end up making up a work and half the time, it's a real word and i read the definition aloud so everyone knows it for the rest of the game. You MUST get this game!

Fun, Fun, Fun
This is a really fun game with two to six people. The goal is to end up with the fewest cards. The rules are short and easy to understand. One deck of cards with a letter on both sides. This can get a little confusing. There are two letters on the top corner to show what is on both sides of the card. The game moves so fast, you don't really know what cards the other person might have. We played a four player game. Each round was over in about two minutes or less. We were all shouting and laughing. Expect a lot of laughter. If you are playing with younger children, it may be a slower game, but it will be a lot f fun, nevertheless. This game can beg taken anywhere, purse, pocket or luggage. It is a fairly inexpensive game and very simple to learn. It is so much fun and would be an ice breaker for sure, anyone who plays the game will become very interactive.I bought this for stocking stuffers. I think it will be a winner.Recommended. prisrob 12-03-13

Making spelling AND Math lessons more fun for the kids!
I originally bought a few of these to give as gifts. I quickly realized they would be PERFECT to use while teaching my son to spell. They are a convenient size, nice and clear letters, and they work wonderfully for our spelling lessons. Besides using the cards to spell the words I give him, he can also use them to come up with words on his own.We even came up with a way to use the Scrabble point values, to make it even more fun (and a sneaky way to practice his math). When he comes up with words on his own that he spells correctly, he adds up the points and gives me a total. I write the total on our Score sheet, and when he gets to certain point levels, he earns little prizes (a sticker, a Hershey kiss, etc.)We have a lot of fun while doing this, AND it sure does make study time go faster (for both of us!). Along the way, he's learning spelling, math, and that a little creativity can make learning fun!

MUST HAVE
Not just for kids! The two of us are in our late 20's, and we totally love this game. It's perfect for something fast and exciting that will get your brain cooking. This is the PERFECT game to keep in the car for road trips, hotels, even just a night at the bar with friends. It's one of those games that you say, "Rematch!" immediately after you play each time, it just keeps going! As a reading teacher, I also brought this game to school to use with a small group of 4th graders that were struggling with reading. They LOVED it and requested it time and time again. I played this with a group of high readers that were in 2nd grade, and they didn't want to stop! This game is awesome, quick, and soooo much fun. Buy it, buy it, buy it!

A very fun game with flimsy cards
I like the concept of the game and so did my friends (after a couple of rounds). We found the game to be a manic free-for-all, which was a welcome change from other games that require strategy or that are turn-based. My biggest complaint about the game is that the cards are not really built to withstand the abuse they get from being slammed down. Our cards, after just a few uses, are already showing wear and tear.

No me ha convencido
Me ha decepcionado, no resulta práctico como sustituto del juego original de mesa.
