I'm very pleased with this item. It's a very simple product but the price was excellent (under £10 when I bought) and I was pleasantly suprised at the build quality when it arrived. Works great on my cable machine for exercises like tricep pulldowns, cable curls and single arm lat rows/pulldowns. Some people may find the handle texture a bit rough but for me its just right (gives the right amount of grip/friction) and is better than most I've used in commercial gyms. As a former gym owner, I do not hesistate to recomment this product for your home gym.

Solid bit of kit for the home gym as good as any I’ve used at commercial gyms

I’ve been using the Yes4All Double D Row Handle for cable rows and seated pulls in my home gym, and overall I’m really pleased with it. The build quality feels solid and durable – it’s made from thick steel with a decent weight to it, so it doesn’t feel flimsy or cheap when you’re lifting heavier loads. Overall for the price, this is a reliable and well-made cable attachment that does exactly what it’s supposed to. Great addition to a home gym setup. Would recommend.

I needed an attachment for my cable machine to do rotator cuff exercises and others that require a D handle to perform. This Benjamin delivers everything I was searching for. It's very sturdy, heavy and affordable. It has an all metal construction, with a free spinning handle that has a coarse knurled grip. The mounting hole is large and convenient enough to get the carabiner through too. So far I have zero complaints.
