Never had one. I don't know how I lived without one. The sky is the limit. It brings so many utencils. I have baked pizza, cordeane blue chicken brocolies, seared steaks (yes and they have been perfect).Remember, once you plug it in press your finger on the light for 3 seconds. Enjoy!!!!

Easy to clean- cooks fast and evenly. Have had this a couple months and no issues thus far. It was a great deal and everything worked as expected.

I love this air fryer oven because of 1) the glass door and light to be able to check on food without opening the door; 2) the accessories (I'm not sure how it's counted but there are 2 wire racks with raised edges, a wire rack that's flat, a rotisserie bar with 2 pronged holders for air frying a whole chicken or other similar size meat, a round basket with its own rotisserie bar through it, a flat basket that closes with rotisserie bars on either side so it too can rotate, 2 round pieces that fit on the rotisseries bar for placement of the 10 skewers, and a removal tool for pulling out the rotisserie bar when it's hot.); and 3) how crispy this air fryer cooks. There is a short but informative user manual included. Some things to know include hold the on button for 3 seconds for a short jab won't turn this on. There are 9 preset settings for food items such as steak, chicken, shrimp, etc. To select one, the button that says R (think R for recipe I guess although the manual describes it as Mode so it took some time for me to figure this out). Tap R as many times as needed until the desired setting starts blinking. When using the rotisserie bars, the button with the 2 circling arrows is pressed for rotation. (It's called the synchronous motor button in the manual.) The cooking time and temperature can also be set on the front panel as needed plus extra time can be easily added on anything before the timing countdown reaches 0. So far, I've made air fried chicken thighs twice. The first time I used the rotating basket. What I did not like about it was 1) the breading rubbed off (I use a light breading of simply flour and seasonings); 2) it's hard to see how 'done' the chicken is through the small mesh basket; and 3) cleaning the inside of the basket was a pain. I think the basket will work well for fries and other items without breading. The included removal tool worked well for me although I highly recommend oven gloves for protection. The second time I made chicken thighs, I used one of the wire racks and was pleased with how golden brown and crispy the chicken was. It is a little tricky turning over the chicken pieces in the back part of the wire rack so once again, I highly recommend using oven gloves or having really long handled tongs. I have also heated up tacos in the air fryer and they were just as crispy with their fried shells as when I bought them. The only difference in bringing the tacos home fresh and then reheating in the air fryer was the air fryer 'fused' the top of the tacos together - probably due to the cheese - so nothing could be added. There are some suggested recipes included in 4 (8.5 by 11 inch) pages with small color pictures and good ideas. This air fryer is easy to clean. Although I haven't taken it off, the door can be removed for cleaning although it needs to be washed by hand and not in the dishwasher. With my floured chicken, this air fryer gets messy and I've been able to clean it with a damp dish cloth once it cools and then go over it again when I wash my dishes. Although the door has a lot of places that 'catches' flour, I've been able to get it clean without removing it. My rating is 5 stars because of how well this prepares food plus all of the accessories that come with it.

Stopped working 1 week after return window closed, after only about 5-6 uses. Interior light comes on, no indication on control panels. Dead.Racks not wide enough to stay on 'bumps' resulting in racks of hot, dripping grease and food plopping down on top of each other. The 'bumps' are round edged and only extend about 1/8", barely enough to hold a rack even if the rack was larger. Very unsafe.The hot air vents out the back of the oven. Nowhere is there any warning about how the hot air can affect the wall behind it. Originally, the oven was placed on a cart about 4" away from a painted wall. After about 4 minutes of use, the wall was too hot to touch. I'm surprised the paint hadn't peeled! Searched Google for warnings, etc. and recommended placement was at least 6" from the wall with clearance above. This *important* information was nowhere to be found in any manual. A definite fire hazard!The control panel was too sensitive, especially the 'recipe' buttons. A slight brush of a finger and the recipe changes. Icons too small to easily determine what each stood for and no labels.The oven itself was fairly easy to clean, provided nothing had been 'baked on'. The rotisserie basket was very difficult to clean and the design of it made it difficult to place in dishwasher.Was at a decent sale price on 'Prime Day' but turned out to be a complete waste of money.Overall, a poorly designed device!

This is the 2nd oven sent me that doesn't work properly because the door isn't stable. In a few months it is difficult to keep it running. Very dissapointing

This air fryer was terrific for the first 2 times I used it. On the 3rd attempt, the screen with all the controls was black and would not light up, rendering the air fryer useless.Fortunately, I'd only had it a few days so requested a return. Amazon sent a request to the company. The company responded immediately and sent me a shipping label for the return.I took the parcel to the courier and am concerned. The company notified me that they closed my request 6 days ago, with the reason that it was "Previously refunded."I have NOT received a refund nor a notice that a refund is coming. I will update my review if I receive it.Update: I am happy to report that there was a technical issue at the company, which is why they notified me that they had "Previously refunded" me. Their policy is that they receive the parcel before issuing a refund. In my case, they tracked it and can see it's in transit. Even though the company has not received the air fryer yet, they readily refunded my purchase price! I am very pleased with their Customer Service!
