Love my sense
Love my Fitbit unfortunately is getting old and the charges lasts only 4 days….

Worked for 3.5 Months and stopped charging.
This was my 3rd fit bit purchased in general, first time from this seller. The device completely stopped charging, it then would get extremely hot while I was attempting to use different charges. Definitely a safety issue with it overheating while plugged in. They refused to do anything because it was 2 weeks out of the 90 day warranty. Waste of money. I plan to purchase a Garmin from a reputable distributer.

Miles feature not working
The one that I got does not show the miles correctly. It always has 0. Funny thing though when exercising the miles feature works. It just doesn't count your daily miles that you walked all day. Everything Else works. Update 2026- It works correctly now. Thanks

Trying Refurbished item for the first time!
Everything came on time & as shown, have never ordered anything refurbished before but thought I'd give it a try. My old Fitbit Versa quit holding a charg about 3 months ago but I wasn't ready to just shell out $200-$300 to replace it. Also the technology has changed quite a bit & I wasn't sure what I wanted to replace it with? The recent Amazon Prime Electronics day got me thinking about it & I stumbled on this refurbished Fitbit Sense. Have had it almost a week & still learning about all of the features, but esp. love the wireless charger! Have been really happy with it so far.

UNSATISFIED
I bought this February 2024, and it is now not syncing with my phone. I have done EVERYTHING that is suggested in the manual, and it works for 24 hours and then not syncing again. I have never had a problem with refurbished items before, but this is an expensive item to have to replace. 3/19/2025: Now it won't charge, have new charger and it still won't charge! So disappointed.

Charger issues
This version is known for having charging issues and wish I'd known this before buying it. The charger including replacements almost always have one of the pins get stuck down making it very difficult or impossible to charge after a certain amount of time. Very frustrating and I would not get this model again
