Christopher Knight Home Scarlett Tufted Fabric Ottoman / Bench, Mixed Brown

Very good quality. According to the photos the light brown looked like the perfect match. But when it arrived it was totally gray! Not even close to the advertisement. Calling the company was a very good experience. Their number was included with the shipment. So easy to deal with and so helpful. I was emailed a return UPS label free of charge to ship it back. Then I reordered the same bench in the Beige color. My photo shows the bench in bright daylight. Went together easily, rocked a bit, so my husband added a padding of cardboard under the screw to stabilize. Perfection !!!

Great product that only took 30 minutes to put together. Looks amazing and very elegant. Purchased it as entryway bench. Strongly recommend!

I should have read all the reviews before ordering . I ordered the light brown and my husband put it together when it came ( he didn't know the color I ordered) . When I walked into the guest bedroom , I was shocked to see a grey bench sitting there . Apparently this has happened to a few customers . Grey doesn't match anything in the room it's intended for . I love the look of the bench , but very disappointed that it's not the light brown I ordered . I asked several people what color it looks like and they all said grey . I have messaged the company and hopefully they will rectify the sistuation asap , without any inconvience to us . We have out of town guest coming to stay with us in a few days and I'd like the room ready for them . I will update once the matter is resolved .

I love these benches. They are beautiful for the price point. I purchased these to place in front of our 30’ tall wall of windows so our little dog could see outside. They are so easy to move around for extra seating when company comes over. These could also be used as an ottoman or at the end of a bed. Easy to assemble. See photos.

Looks great. Exactly what I was hoping it would look like. Seems sturdy enough but time will tell. Pictures taken at night.

I was excitedly waiting for this bench. The color I wanted it to be in, "Mixed Brown", was too expensive for me to purchase right away. Then I saw on Amazon where it was on available for me to purchase in the Mixed Brown color for a price I could afford, and that I could get it almost right away! I was very happy. When the package arrived I could not wait to open it, then to my dismay, it was not Mixed Brown but "Gray!" I feel tricked...Bamboozled!!!..and exceedingly disappointed. While the gray bench is very nice, I had my heart set on the Mixed Brown colored bench.

It is very nice. Seems to be built well.The color is mixed brown, but sitting next to my bedspread which is mostly Aqua, it takes on that color.It did have a slight tear in the bottom material. We were very careful and did not use a box cutter it must have been there. I taped it and it is not visible

Perfect everything and beautiful for our entrance way. Looks elegant!
