I bought this for a friend’s birthday, since he had mentioned wanting one. I was so impressed at the value and the construction that I got one for myself as well!!The carabiners are flimsy, but those are so easy to replace with ones that fit your use case better. Order a set here or go to your local hardware store.I was surprised by the ankle and wrist cuffs. I have large ankles and was able to use these, and I can’t fit in most boots. They are well padded and comfortable.And the way the bar works with the adjustability is totally awesome. I don’t know why I spent so much time making homemade spreader bars. This is so much easier.Honestly, I wouldn’t be disappointed at just the cuffs or just the bar at this price. I feel like I got a really good deal here.

The small aluminum carabineers may be the most pathetic thing that I have ever seen, just throw them away and buy four inexpensive double-ended bolt snaps (a.k.a. double-ended snap hooks), or spend a bit more on four good quality carabineers, or use padlocks.The wrist and ankle cuffs are comfortable but feel cheaply made, and they do not appear durable; however, given the cost of the set, they're not awful.The bar is nice, and it alone may be worth the cost of the entire set; and it could be used with ropes, padlocks, or a variety of metal fasteners.

Expanding Tension clamps, the things that hold the entire thing together, are made of pot metal. Chrome or Nickel Washed trash metal not worth the metal its molded of. I wouldn't use this metal to make a TRASH CAN out of it's such soft, low quality, GARBAGE. Not only does the SMOOTH surfaced expansion clamp NOT clamp onto the inside of the SMOOTH internal surface of the maybe steel pipe, it readily and easily slips out with any amount of sideways flexing of the bar... you know... THE ENTIRE PURPOSE OF THIS THING!!! Then, if you want it to hold together even marginally cohesively, you have to crank the CAST METAL EYEBOLTS, not forged, CAST, threads and all cast metal, down so hard that they strip the threads in the pot metal expansion clamps, AND the expansion clamps BEND, on top of that, so that the ENTIRE THING COMES APART. WE GOT TWO USES OUT OF THIS SCAM PRODUCT BEFORE IT IRREPRABLY FELL APART. I DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR NO RETURN POLICY. I WILL SUE YOU TO GET MY MONEY BACK YOU SCAMMERS!!!

Bar is only 2 foot loong, way too small to be useful. My fault for not reading the dimensions .
