Delivers a soothing fine mist, but is prone to leaking.. I definitely wouldn't carry this in my purse for that reason. I don't even lay it flat, I recommend not filling the water reservoir to the max level, it leaks more easily when it's really full.*UPDATE* a few weeks after my review, the cap locked in place and cracked when I tried to twist it open. I'm bummed, but least I had no issues getting a refund.

I was excited to have small diffuser that I could carry in my hands and use for travel or moments during everyday things like driving, shopping, or working. The first time using it, I decided to take it on a trip to Cancun to use during the flight travel to help keep me calm during long lines wait in customs and waiting in the airport or use in the room to have to some essential oils to help me sleep. It work fine for the first day. I was loving the amount of scent that was coming from the device. The shut off was a little annoying but I was ok with restarting the device. I only had one good day before the top that can be removed to add water and control the diffusing air cracked. Once it cracked a little, the crack kept spreading until the top wouldn't stay on completely. It wouldn't work the same after it cracked. I was very disappointed that the device became mostly inoperatable after a few uses. Don't waste your money if you are looking for a convenient mobile diffuser. This one will not last.

I took off a star because I feel like it turns off too soon. I like that it has a timer to turn off however I wish it was also one that turned back on. The other thing that I don’t like it the spray area is on the side and I would prefer it on the top of the machine. I use this when I travel and sometimes I give it to clients to use and it isn’t as easy when it’s coming from the side, it would be nice if I could just set it down on the desk between us so we both can benefit from it. Also, I like using it when I am typing notes but it doesn’t work as well since the spray nasal is on the side instead and I don’t get the best benefits because it sprays at my chest instead of up and around me.

Would have really enjoyed this diffuser had the plastic NOT been broke off so easily!!! Size is great, easy to use, but cheap plastic that broke the FIRST TIME I took it out to use, RIGHT AFTER I threw away the box! Sorely disappointed with Rocky Mountain Oils for such an expensive product that was made cheaply!

I love this hand held diffuser. I purchased it to keep on my desk to provide a guard against germs and calming oils. I wasn’t sure how effective it would be in a large classroom, but it is a wonderful refresher during the day.It does not overwhelm, it is just for me. I can take a few calming enhales from the fog without worrying about causing any harm to students who might have a negative reaction to an oil.I was concerned about it leaking, but it is great. I can toss it in my pocket or bag and not worry about getting water on anything. I have not seen a single drip.I was also concerned that it would not last long. I am amazed at how long one container lasts. It does not hold much water but I have used it for days and not had to refill.I am now ordering another one for my husband and I bet I will order another one to keep in my car soon.
