Q: Will it accommodate otter box?

It accommodates a thin case. It works for my Speck case and one that is not too sticky.

I don’t know, mine is Apple 10

Q: Will this fit my iphone 12 mini with a thin case?

Suggest you confirm that the 12 mini phone is the same size as the 13. This case gets my 13 mini with a Speck case perfectly. My only complaint is the clip is not as secure as I might like. I’m always having to check to be sure it’s not coming off my belt. But even with that I still like the case especially for the money.
