the purest basic essence of an espresso machine
If you're happy to do all the work in making coffee, then this is a perfect machine for you, as this machine is entirely manual.My only negative is that the largest coffee grounds holder could have been made larger, rather than having to refill and pull two shots, but like I said, this is the basic essence of a machine, so I'm just being fussy!It's easy to use, clean and descale, which matters to me because I am in a very hard water area.

I have had several of these, they don't last forever. My only gripe is that the pump seems to be weaker than on earlier models as mine is regularly unable to force the water through the coffee.

Died after 18 months
It makes a decent espresso and foamed milk for the price. But it stopped working after about a year and a half.
