I gave this poor review, not because of the product, but not getting full shipment of the product. I brought two of these products. One for myself and another for a friend. Both of the orders came without a charger. I was told by two Amazon reps., that both had everything. When my friend received hers without a charger I was concern about mine. I was told everything was in there. But when I received yesterday surely didn't come with a charger.Now I have to buy one in order to charge the iPad.

Looks like new. What more can I say about the best selling computer the world has ever seen?Just be aware that the A5 chip that drives it is no longer to be supported by Apple. That means no IOS 10 upgrade for the ipad2. For me it also meant no garage band download. Never mind, I bought alternative software to plug my guitar into.

This ipad was bought by mistake as I was comparing what to buy. It must have been left in the basket. Returning it required restock fee,etc.So I kept it. It was marred but not too bad. The low rating is because I am having slowness, locking down or the usual problems with an older tablet.

It was exactly how I thought it would be. You can hardly tell it was slightly used and I was impressed. I bought a case for it and you can't tell at all. It was a Christmas present and it works perfectly. I will definitely order any future products from here.

I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone needing the convenience of an iPad . It arrived very promptly and in perfect condition.

Was a horrible gift. Son opened it and it turned it on (took long time) then had large lines of a variety of colors running thru it. Glass was not centered and the rubber was sticking out around the edges. Looked like it had been dropped around the edges.

So I sent this to my mom because... I live in Singapore and the parents aren't very good about technology. Long story short I thought they were crazy when they said that they couldn't set up an iPad. Anyone can set up an iPad. Well I came home on leave 6+ months later. Mind you I haven't been able to talk to my parents because the $$$$$$$ from Singapore is ridiculous and we can't waste the government money so calling from work is a no no and yes when I do call, I have to pay out of pocket for it. Anyway I get home thinking my parents are crazy and guess what.... The dammed thing is locked with a passcode. Not reset as it was supposed to be. Are you F'ing F'ing me????? So can I send this thing back to Amazon? Well I will try, but WTF man. Really. Needless to say I am going to the only store in this tiny town to buy one and set it up for the parents because they can't afford to buy one on their own.

Even after the last two years, my mother-in-law loves this device, she has gotten so use to it, it is her go to device for all internet activity. And the Battery still works, this place is selling quaility gently owned products.thanksJT R 'n' R
