The product arrived in good timing. It is of good quality and had significant impact in a short period of time. Energy levels, and holistic feeling of wellness. I firmly believe that different people respond differently to different things, but from my experience, it's worth giving it a try. When used in moderation this can last some time. So, definitely worth it in my opinion.

Instead of taking hormones for menopause, this has been my natural replacement. It balances out my estrogen & testosterone. This has been my particular brand. I'm about to be turning 59. This keeps my energy up and I have not ever had and any hot flashes or actually any issues of menopause. Hardly no grey hair. For men its a libido booster and replaces testosterone shots. Its a natural hgh. Read up on its benefits!

I have only had this product like 2 1/2 weeks, so my feedback is not based on long-term use, but...yeah I think it works. I am looking forward to getting my testosterone tested within the next 2 months and then I will know for sure, I might update this at that point. However, I made a tincture of this using vodka and have been taking the tincture about 1/2 tsp sublingually 2-3 times a day. Without getting too graphic, the difference is...notable. I know it's supposed to help in many other areas also, which is all great, but my T levels have been on the low end of normal for years and that is why I became interested in it. There is no 'roid rage or anything. I am just hoping I can get my levels up to the higher end of normal. For the quantity of powder you receive, I would consider this product a good value, I think I made enough tincture to last me at least a year. I think I will be able to also see differences in my workouts and training as I continue to take it. The vodka in the tincture is not pleasant for me, and gives me heartburn, but the tincture itself is like ripe bananas, although the aftertaste isn't that enjoyable for me. I have had worse tasting things that I have tried though.

I got this pine pollen and It seems to help with mood, motivation, and general well-being. I feel more alert and quicker mentally. But there’s a tradeoff: I also experienced a bit of itchiness and nasal congestion on certain days — I think maybe I have mild pollen sensitivity. So I take it every other day now. Also, the price is a bit higher than some powders out there. Still, good product. My kids drink this with milk during flu season 👍
