7 days for my first shoots to appear!!!
I'm so happy! I bought these seeds despite seeing many people saying they didn't work. I thought I'd just try for myself. I followed the instructions (and i could see whoever wrote them was passionate about their plants and things so I didn't really expect they'd be ripping people off, lol). I bought a heated mat (without a thermostat though, so that goes from 21 to 30 degrees, which is fine). I put the seeds in some lukewarm water in a glass on top of the heated mat for 24 hours, as stated. Some of the seeds floated at first but I pushed them down. Some still floated, but after 24 hours of being soaked in the warm water, all of them were at the bottom. So that was good. I then put my succulent compost in the propogator holes and watered, then put each seed on top, and then sprinkled with another 1 or 2cm of the compost, and i sprinkled a tiny bit more water on top of that, just with my fingers because the little compartments are really small. Then I put the lid on and left it. Whenever I see the lid covered in heavy condensation, I try to sprinkle it over the seedlings like rain (like every couple of days or something). I haven't needed to water again with more tap water yet though. Anyway, this is just sitting on my kitchen sideboard, not by the window. I just wanted to leave a review since so many are bad, and i believe if people had followed the instructions, (especially keeping the water warm and then the compost warm and moist too) their plants might not have failed. And also, I think it might be worth trying to plant seeds that floated too maybe. I would have if mine hadn't sunk! I uploaded a picture that shows 2 little shoots, but you can't really see them very well, unfortunately, but it has literally been 7 days since I soaked the seeds in the water!! It's brilliant!) Anyway, I'm so happy! ๐๐ Thanks seller!

None of them germinated, they were definitely bamboo seeds...
As the title says. I've germinated bamboo seeds before with no issues, these seeds must have been to old prior to delivery. None of them took.

Most germinated
Seeds were sold peeled but healthy. Soaked for a day in water. Planted next day and started shooting up after a week. Tried to keep them in 30ยฐC and shadow at the beginning. Around 90% germinated.

A waste of money
Prompt service & delivery but I think this item has turned out to be a waste of money. There were no instructions on how best to propagate, just a polythene packet of seeds. As an experienced gardener of over fifty years, I used my best knowledge & planted the seeds in a good quality seed/potting compost. After nearly three weeks there is no sign of any germination

Zero success rate on the germination front, I'm afraid
Purchased on 12th April, with a 5 week germination time promised after a 1 day soak in water. Here we are on 22nd May and not a single seed has germinated. I'll give it another couple of weeks, for fits and giggles, but I think these are duds. Can't recommend them in consequence.

Good germination rate
Germinated quite quickly. 8 / 10 seeds germinated and grew on.

90% germination rate
Using good quality compost and daily watering, i achieved a high germination rate after about 4 weeks, the bad reviews are perhaps from novice gardeners who could have used poor quality soil/compost.

Very few seeds germinated
Not many germinated, and although some started to grow in pots, they stalled at about four inches in height in July. Of those that grew in pots to that height, about half of them yellowed in their leaves and do not really look healthy. I would not but this product again.
