Good price and better experience

The media could not be loaded.  I was quite excited to receive it, only to find it's not working. Super disappointment 😔.First experience with renewed amazon product was pathetic.Not recommended.Update:The laptop hasn't been picked by amazon till now. I have contacted the customer support several times, no use they give the standard reply and reschedule. This is 3rd week i am trying to return my laptop. The pickup guy doesn't come but he sms update says "Package not ready". Seller has approved the return yet nothing is happening. One of the worst experience. Money is locked with the vendor.I have been trying to return it for past 25 days. Amazon customer service is useless called them more than 20 times. Never get into the trap of renewed products.

it is fast. Boots quickly and wifi connectivity is good. But, battery life is poor. Computer is not light. But, that was expected.

This is an older laptop which has been refurbished, and which should be evaluated in light of its age. It works very well for its generation. The battery is fine, the keyboard is fine, the optical drive works fine, and all connections work properly. It boots up properly, and the speeds are just fine. I'm completely satisfied with this laptop,

I use several Latitude 6400 series laptops daily to write firmware, layout circuit boards, and run tests on the resulting products. I bought this as a backup to my others. This is perhaps the cleanest refurbished laptop I have seen. Impressed with the robust construction of these old warhorses and overall reliability. Impressed with the condition of this one and the packaging care.

The media could not be loaded.  I will preface this by saying that I never write reviews, unless I have something extremely positive, or in this case, negative to say.I bought this laptop about a year ago as a backup for the day my current laptop finally bit the bullet. The day I received it, everything was in working order. So I put it aside and didn't touch it until a few days ago. When I went to turn it on, it wouldn't boot.I've tried nearly every troubleshooting step on Dell's website, YouTube tutorials, and no luck. I even looked at the RAM to ensure that there were no visible markings and switched them around.I've chatted with the seller and seem to be getting nowhere. They say it's usually a RAM issue. How would it even work that first day if this were the case? It literally sat in a box for months, untouched. What could possible cause the RAM to fail?I feel like I've just thrown away nearly $300 that I worked hard for, and that I've been played.Update 06/12/2023: Had it inspected by a repair company and was informed that the issue is the CPU. It would cost more to replace the CPU than the system is even worth. Asked the seller politely if they would offer at least half the cost in a form of a refund, but was told I was out of luck due to the product being out of warranty. Who in their right mind purchases an extended warranty for a $250 refurbished product?!

I got a refurshed unit for the price and features. But it is like a combat unit, heavy, with a suitcase handle, o-ring seal for closing.But it works great and it fast for the uses I use it for.

When I opened the package it was neat, tidy, and well taken care of. The representation from the company purchased was in all caring and professional. It was everything I expected and more. the only thing I didn't really care for was that there was no bluetooth device in the machine but was expected from the specs given on the computer so it wasn't a surprise. Also the battery didn't hold a charge for more than 20 minutes but was no problem to upgrade. Computer is fast for the use intended and also keeps up with my home music recording. All in all a great buy.
