I bought these parts to replace missing an/or worn out parts on a lamp from my grandmother. After it was all repaired my son actually uses the lamp in his house and it is beautiful I was worried about sizes, etc, so I contacted the compny. They talked me through what I needed ro order and the parts were perfect, and they were extremely helpful. So happy to find this as I thought the lamp was a gonner.

I needed to replace the glass shade on a very old lamp. This was a perfect fit and is a very nice replacement for the original which had broken. Check your measurements since this was a tight fit but exactly what I needed.

I was very happy that it fit perfectly and was so happy to have the lamp back in operation with a shade.The fabric shade had to be repaired when the old globe tore it when being moved. All in all, the product is great in all respects, and one should not hesitate to purchase. Also, a very fine lamp repair shop I patronize no longer handles glass diffuser shades, so Amazon really came through, again!

We rebuilt two 1930's floor lamps and wanted to replace the old glass that was slightly cracked and had a rounded bowl shape. This glass globe is more conical, it fit absolutely perfectly, and looks amazing! The light diffusion is even and excellent. We bought two, one for each lamp, and will buy another when we start our next lamp project.

A child relative knocked over a beautiful and seriously old standing lamp from downsizing in-laws. Engineers like me measure dimensions once, think, measure dimensions again, think again, and repeat five more times. The selection of this order was hinged on total price after certainty of fit risk. It was completely successful in packaging and delivery. The fit to the metal base diameter was correct however the diffuser glass base had a retention lip which interfered with insertion past lamp's retention tabs and was insufficiently low to clear them. I reluctantly bend the lamp's retention tabs clear. The lamp's retention screws do not quite clear the diffuser's retention lip, but it is close enough to function. Not a PERFECT replacement but it was available and close enough.

I have an antique floor lamp I love and the globe recently broke. I had a hard time finding a replacement locally and found this one on amazon. The original pattern was a hob nail pattern. While I couldn't find an exact match, this one is old enough looking, that I am happy with the replacement. My advice is to measure very carefully--the fitter, the inside diameter, outside diameter, etc. to make sure you are getting the size you need. The globe arrived packed well in plastic with lots of packing materials (Styrofoam peanuts) and I thought the price was reasonable. Very happy with the replacement! (Just hope that the dog doesn't knock this one over in the next thunderstorm!).

The shade was ok, but it didn’t fit even though I measured. They approved my return but only refunded $20, with no explanation. I inquired about it and they said it was shattered. I sent it back the same exact way I received it. I asked for a statement stating it was shattered as it did have some insurance on it. I haven’t heard anything. The product is ok, the customer service not so much.
