Useful product. Only problem is that it doesn't dispense ...
Useful product. Only problem is that it doesn't dispense unless the safety lock button is on "on" mode, and the 'dispense' button is continuously pressed. I figured this after experimenting for a few days. It would've been helpful to have these instructions mentioned somewhere.

Worth it!
It's a very convenient product for small to medium offices. The tea / coffee tastes amazing when done right. No hassle. There is a complementary set of consumables along with the station.
